DO NOT ORDER from this…

DO NOT ORDER from this company....definitely a scam!!!! Been trying to cancel an order for a week after being charged for 2 machines and order has not even been processed. Was quoted a price of $139.00 but was charged $285.93. After I requested the order be canceled, I can not get a response from their so called customer service AI email account...the only response I received was regarding a different persons complaint that they have not received their order!!!! I noticed that the return policy does not include a return address so even if you receive the product (Good luck) you can not return it for the so call full refund price. No phone number to call either. I just want to alert anyone who is thinking of buying this product DO NOT!!!! You will lose your money....also alert your bank immediately as the charge shows as a recurring debit purchase!!!! Will definitely file claim with BBB and seek advise on a civil suit. DO NOT be scammed by their fake five star reviews....probably AI generated they same as their phony customer service reps!

Customer service isn’t good

I received my order, customer service is an AI so that makes things very difficult. And the product is more flimsy than expected.

Charged but have not received product

Really terrible. I had a bad feeling but I ordered anyway. It's been a few weeks, I thought it's just taking a long time to get here. But today I checked my tracking number. It's been delivered and accepted by an address in Las Vegas. I live on the East Coast. I have emailed the company but suspect I will have to issue a refund through my bank. Felt like a scam and suspect it is. Not to mention, every single day since I ordered I have received emails with promotions for other products—no matter what I do, I cannot get them to go into my spam folder. Would not recommend.

Unethical Practices in Billing

Do not buy from this company! I bought a piece of equipment as a gift for my wife. Well, less than a month later, they billed my debit card they had on file for the app without my authorization! I was a bit floored that they took the liberty of billing me without my request. So, I cancelled my debit card and got a new because I DO NOT want this company to have any of my card information to use at thier whim. Unethical to say the least.

Do not deal with this company

Do not deal with this company. Very poor customer service. I am trying to return the reformer as I received another one as a gift. AI is the only communication.
Stay away from this company!

I ordered a Reformer

I ordered a Reformer, immediately contacted the company and apologized and said I need to cancel my order, please refund. They took multiple emails to respond, and NEVER sent my money back. And did not send the Reformer.

Very low quality, impossible return

This company sells very low quality reformers! If you want to return your item, they will email you telling you it’s gonna cost $60-$100 to return it and they offer a $30 credit and a 10% refund if you are not happy with their very low quality overpriced, crap! Don’t waste your money!!!!!

Amazing Personal Customer Service

Since the minute I ordered the product, I've felt a warm welcome from the team at Flo. It started with a nice welcome email that turned into a personal exchange. TERRIBLE customer service

TERRIBLE customer service
No phone available and unresponsive to emails.
Order placed 10 days ago for a Christmas gift. Promised shipment within 72 hours and priority UPS. Didn’t happen and finally had to contact credit card company to reverse charges and buy elsewhere.

UPDATE
After failing to address the problem this company created , and only after my credit card company got involved , I was issued a refund and told I could keep the “free” gifts . Well, they had already instructed ups to cancel delivery.

Don’t want their free gifts, just the $1500 reformer to that was a Christmas gift for my wife.

A word to the wise. This company is a sham . No phone number and no support.

Anna Taylor is SO gracious!

Anna Taylor is SO gracious and helpful! I ordered the studio reformer, and she patiently responded to several questions through the process beginning with ETA and working through to app access. She seems like the glue holding everything together as she represents Flo Pilates and explains their business decisions and processes. I'm very appreciative for her help and quick responses.

As for the product, it's Fabulous! I've just set it up and I can tell I've made a great purchase. Was difficult for 1 person to get it all unpacked and together, and the instructions were for another type of reformer, but I muddled through. The app, now that I'm finally in with Anna's help, well, I wish it was better. I don't know how to use a studio reformer, and there's no basic intro or explanations of everything that it can help one do. The workouts are for other reformers that are very different, and I don't know enough yet to figure out how to convert them to the studio reformer. I saw only 1 program with an almost studio reformer, but it is intermediate level and I was hoping there would be a starting place to work my way up. I think It seems I'll have to let the app go at some point and reach elsewhere to be able to use the studio reformer to it's fullest extent. It's a shame, one would expect for a top of the line piece of equipment there would be much more for it on the app (that I also will end up paying for after the 9 months Anna gave me free, despite the free app listed when I made the purchase).

Anywhoo, Anna is Great! Give her a raise!

The Pilates reformer took awhile to…

The Pilates reformer took awhile to shipped but after 3 weeks of waiting they finally shipped it & it got here quick! It was already pre assembled & the rest are easy to do. I got my free items except for the pilates socks but they gaVe me back my credit to compensate. Customer Service are responsve & always avalable for questions. I love my reformer & so far so good. No issues here & the quality is also great

My order came damaged

My order came damaged. One the of the pegs was broken. After repeated emails with Flo Pilates and them saying they are going to replace the damage part. It has still not been sent and my order was placed at the start of September 2025. It is now in December. Got to be the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. False promises and lack of follow through.

They won't answer a simple question

I haven't even bought a machine and I am unhappy with them. I tried via 4 emails to get specifics on a reformer that costs about $1500. It looked perfect because of its length, but I wanted to compare it to others. They never list how many springs are in the reformer...4 emails later I still have no idea...they avoid the question. After reading all the poor reviews on trustpilot I have decided my best bet is to go elsewhere
