Like others have said, when Amazon took over, service got worse. Amazon says they ship the box to arrive 2 days prior to the start day. 5 out of 10 time, that happens. The other 5 they arrive by 11... See more
PillPack used to be a wonderful asset, providing consistently top-notch service. Since the Amazon union, it has become user hostile. When a new script is added by the doc, it comes in a bottle, not... See more
This has been the most frustrating customer service experience. Don't use them. The CSR folks don't know how the process works. I ordered a Pillpack and had a delivery date set. The order was changed... See more

I originally signed up with Florida Blue (HUGE MISTAKE) blue then denied one primary medication, i DUMPED Blue and gave new insurance info to PillPack .. still MEDICALLY Needed RX not sent , i called i resent RX plan still no medication.

its worth the trip to an old fashioned Pharmacy where someone cares about your health.

Used 1 month and switched to another provider
I transferred my prescriptions from another similar pharmacy to PillPack. The experience with PillPack was stressful and a headache. In my new box, I was dispensed a medication that I had not been taking for over 3 months (with no refund bc I didn't pause my prescription, i shouldn't have to pause it if I didn't tell you I was taking it!). If there was a discrepancy when prescriptions were transferred, I should have been contacted. I verified 3 times with PillPack the meds I should receive before the shipment. Canceled with them and went to another provider.
Pill pack is the worse pharmacy…
Pill pack is the worse pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. At a doctors visit on 03/29/23 a medication was prescribed for me. Since 03/31/23 the doctor has repeatedly been asked for additional medical history for an expedited prior authorization. Today is 05/06/23 still no medication.
My PCP sent a prescription refill on 03/30/23 for a medication I’ve been taking for a number of years. On
05/05/23 I still hadn’t received my medication. I called to find out what happened to my medication and was put on hold for 44min. I called my PCP to inform him that I was completely out of my medication. I asked him to send it to another pharmacy where I knew I would be able to pick it up. That was yesterday and today I have my very much needed medication
Incompetence is the word
Incompetence is the word. They consistently get things wrong. They have made ths same mistake with my meds five times. Now, and for the last week, the icing on the cake is that I cannot even log in. They say they are sending a code, but it never arrives. The sday that if the doesn't arrive, I should "chat" with them. But their chat line is dead.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! I live in a small town and recently Amazon (to save money) started delivering through UPS Surepost. Which is UPS's way of giving cheaper shipping and not having to deliver to the door. They drop it at the POST OFFICE nearest you and they deliver it. Well in my case I can't get mail deliver so the meds get sent back to Amazon. I have advised them numerous times of this they guarantee me that they will avoid sure post. But its now 3 days from me being out of heart meds and no way to get them. and because amazon doesn't have them back yet I have to pay full price and they still cant guarantee delivery. I have talked until I'm blue in the face and they DO NOT CARE. They use them same bullet points with no resolution. I have been with them for going on FOUR years!! STEER CLEAR because when it comes to making things right they won't...
All I can say is RUN
All I can say is RUN. This company just sucks. If you just take pills you are ok. But if you take inhalers or anything else you are screwed. No one there knows what they are doing. I have called month after month trying to get my meds. And it's just run around after run around. Manages that are rude to you because they don't know what they are doing. Then had a manager tell me that he won't send any of my meds because he wanted to act like a little child. Other managers promise the problem is fixed and the following month same thing. I have to call get the run around and again promise the problem is fixed. Maybe they should hire some third grade kids so the problem will get fixed all I can say is RUN.
Awful. Stay away.
Awful. They lie and steal. They sent 30 days worth of meds again (when Rx is for 90 days) even after it was addressed with them previously, and they have an ability to see all the emails stating that they are working on fixing their mistake. They are a MAIL-ORDER pharmacy, they have no business sending patients a 30 day supply in a first place. Their representative told me they are NOT a mail-order pharmacy and that they have a "local pharmacy" somewhere in New Hampshire...so make a quick run, to your "local" pharmacy from all other states! Absolutely insane. Crooked business with unethical practices.
Terrible
Terrible. Amazon should be ashamed. I used them over a year ago and was very happy. Now when coming back after insurance changed, they are terrible. Stay away unless you have no other choice. One rep says order will arrive the next day and then two days later a rep says it won't be for three weeks. Customer service reps are surly and unapologetic. They suck.
A disorganized mess
A disorganized mess! Was great for a very long time and then the bloody wheels fell off! They're customer service has gone right down the drain!
Very poor execution of what is a unique service
The concept of this company is good. The execution of actually getting the medications, appropriately packaged, is very bad.
I have been a provider for 27 years. I am patient and don't anger easy. As a consumer - this company is not worth the effort. As a doctor within a medical/dental clinic consisting of 5-6,000 patients - I will communicate to the other providers my experience.
Medications omitted, wrong dosage
Medications omitted, wrong dosage count, cancelled my subscription after on month, then recieved another box.
Customer service tells me they can't be returned. GRRR. Never again pill pack, never again.
I've been using this pharmacy since the…
I've been using this pharmacy since the beginning of the year and they still cannot seem to get my medicine to me in a timely manner. They have no idea what they're doing and if my insurance would allow,I would not use this pharmacy EVER!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They shipped me a medication that arrived late in the evening, in the rain, and the UPS driver left it by my garage instead of on my porch and I did not discover it until the next day. The medication was ruined. Called PillPack and they said they would replace it immediately, at no cost to me (that's what they SHOULD DO) ...they sent it but not only did it take 5 days to get to me, THEY BILLED ME AGAIN. After I complained the basically told me to F$#$ off. The said it was. not their fault and they would not do anything about it (even after they promised on the phone they would not charge me) - THEY DON"T CARE THAT I AM CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT. They said so in their emails. STAY AWAY FROM PILLPACK - dlchasefl at gmail dot com - 404-915-6511
If you take less that 5 pills per time-slot... use any other service. PillPack may kill you or a family member due to negligence
I'm a long-distance legal guardian/grandson of a 92-year-old with dementia living with my mother who also has dementia.
Here's the rub. In my search, only PillPack can put more than 5 medications in a single package which is why I have had to switch. My grandma has 5 in the morning and 7 at night.
The packs themselves are great. They have made so many errors that they have put my grandmothers life in jeopardy multiple times. Deciding not to send packs because of a 1 dollar copay change (but not notifying), leaving out medications for various reasons including critical blood pressure and clot prevention meds.
They struggle to work with doctors so refills are a disaster.
I need them but it is like being stuck in an abusive relationship that there is no getting out of.
Not worth the time!! DO NOT USE!!
called in to set up service for my wife, they promise you one thing and do not deliver. If something changes no one contacts you to get it fixed, and when it turns out that they messed up they order they do nothing to fix the situation. Do not use them!!
The Worst Service Ever
If I could give a negative star rating I would. They screwed up every shipment of medications as well as the refills. I DO NOT recommend anyone use them.
stay away
complicated, slow, cumbersome process. hard to get a hold of anyone on phone and email help is generic and useless.
Life endangering failure
It's not worth it. They constantly hassle you to do their job, they decide to send new prescriptions weeks later with your next shipment unless you tell them otherwise, and most importantly if you prescriptions don't meet their odd rules they will harass your doctor until they change your script to meet their stupid rules. They did that to me and forced my doctor to write the script for less, a script he wrote extra for in case I had a flare. They hounded and hounded him and refused to fill medication I would die without until they got their way and left me with NO RECOURSE if I have a flare or get sick which I do almost every month. I have adrenal insufficiency and they have put my life at risk by butting into something that was none of their business. Run far far away. Walgreens is incompetent but at least their actions never put my life in immediate danger.
what a waste
Since they were acquired by Amazon, I thought they would bring Amazon efficiency to prescriptions which as anyone who has stood in a line at the pharmacy can attest need improvement. Unfortunately, they are not good and if i was Amazon i would be embarrassed about that side of the business. Like others mentioned, they do nothing about pricing and they wont even give one an option to have them call doctors for refills the way most pharmacies allow. And recently they called to tell me that two of my three prescriptions were unavailable. they said they would call my pharmacy of choice but they never did. twice. I had to call my doctor and get things done the old way. So much potential wasted. I wouldnt be surprised if Amazon divests piullpack.
$1k for prescription they told me would be $0
they told me it would cost $0 for my prescription, and then insurance billed me $1k. this never would have happened at a real pharmacy.
