My order went through and I got…
My order went through and I got notification that it was in process of delivery and 2 days later I get an email saying I'm being refunded as their is no stock.
After my review they have got in touch and done as below which I just wish had been offered as an alternate to cancelling my order initially. I am very grateful and very appreciative.

I have found a solution and sent you two smaller pack sizes of the item you requested this morning free of charge item and postage via Royal Mail tracked 24. You should get this tomorrow.
