Great driving shoes. But

Great driving shoes. Terrible (non existent in this case) customer service. The shoes that were sent were not the shoes I ordered. And to make it worse, the shoes they sent are significantly cheaper than the shoes I was charged for.
I have reached out to Piloti several times now with no response. I have had a shipping issue with Piloti before and the customer service was exemplary but this time, to be completely ignored, almost appears as though they have deliberately sort to rip me off. Without any communication that is the only conclusion I can make.
Great shoes. Buy them. You won’t be disappointed. Just be prepared that you may not get what you actually paid for.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I was really looking forward to getting these shoes and I have yet to receive them. Piloti tells me via an email to check with the shipper they chose. The shipper will not answer phone or emails. I keep going in a circle with Piloti and the shipper with no help!! I want my shoes or my money back.

Good shoes bad shipping cost

I really like the shoes. Bought them with an enormous discount with an affiliate link before. They fit well and do what they need to do, give a comfotable ride.

But now that I want to order another pair I remembered the shipping cost.
Why is a shoe thats made in portugal that already has a hefty price tag cost 44 euro to ship to belgium?

Its too much in total.

Shoes never shipped

I have never received the shoes, non existent customer support. I had to file a complain at PayPal, which they solved. My funds were blocked for two months overall. Beware!

These things ROCK!

I read these mostly negative reviews and wonder what company people are dealing with. None of these bad reviews reflects any of my interactions with Piloti.

For started all of the styles I own from them are among some the most comfortable shoes I own. Not just for driving but for wear throughout the day. Maybe it’s just me, but I can wear these all day. They fit snuggly but not too snugly and feel like a natural extension of my foot when I wear them.

I’m about 10 pairs of shoes in at this point. Every single one has been delivered on time, or ahead of schedule, and has been the exact product and size I ordered. Every. Single. One.

The only issue I have had with was ordering a pair of shoes and realizing too late that I had failed to use an available discount. This was on Friday evening after business hours. I sent an email to the address listed on my order confirmation email as well as their support email. I fully expected to not see a response until Monday morning. Within 2 hours I had emails from both addresses saying that my order had been canceled and my $ refunded. Checking my payment method showed that indeed payment had already been refunded. On a Friday evening. After business hours.

Does it get any better than that?

They are SCAMMERS and have Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. They dscammed me of several hundred pounds. I ordered shoes. They sent a completely differnt pair (wrong shoe / wrong size etc) and when I tried to contact customer service I never got a response and this is despite 15emails and multiple messages on instagram. They are SCAMMERS!!!!
Do not give them any money!!!

Took my money and Ran!

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Piloti - 2 x pairs arrived in good order the 3rd was either moldy or 2nd hand (been used and returned). I have emailed Piloti 3 times and they have not replied. Very disappointing! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased on 2nd Feb 2025

Purchased on 2nd Feb 2025. Took the added kick in the nuts of shipping and duty to the UK. Shoes looked good but uncomfortable so arranged a return. Return accepted by Piltoti so shipped back to US. Delivered 6th March 2025. 3 emails with no response. Facebook messenger response someone would get in touch. Still nothing. Would highly recommend avoiding.

Update 25/03/25 - Piloti acknowledged return and refunded. Added a star for the refund.

Customer service is a joke

Update: After leaving this review, Customer support did reply to me and extended my return since I emailed them ahead of my return deadline. I am more satisfied, but there is much room for improvement on their response times.

Customer service is a joke, as in it doesn't seem to actually exist. Trying to find a way to exchange/return on their website is very difficult. I ordered the wrong size for my boyfriend's Christmas gift and followed their customer service prompts on their website chat and on their SEO listing to inquire about exchanging a pair of shoes. It has been over a month now and they still have not responded. I finally did a deep dive to find a very hidden exchange page and of course, now it says I'm past my return date. I am very unhappy that I'll now likely have to sell this size on the market a they don't fit him and I'll be buying a replacement pair from another company, solely because I can't support this business model. It's so disappointing, because he loves the shoes themselves and owns several pairs.

Sale items come with conditions that are not clearly marked on the product page and no customer support.

I recently purchased a pair of Piloti shoes during the Black Friday sale, only to discover afterward that they were final sale items, meaning exchanges or returns are not permitted. This important piece of information was not visible on the product page or during the checkout process; it was only included in the confirmation email in small print.

I followed their size chart closely while making my purchase, as this was my first experience with the brand. However, the size I received was one size too small, based on my foot measurement and the EU to US size conversion.

I reached out to customer support, but it has now been five business days without any response. Consequently, I am left with a pair of shoes that do not fit. This has been a disappointing experience given the appealing design and quality of the shoes. It is unfortunate that a well-made product is undermined by inadequate communication and support.

At this time, I cannot recommend them to anyone, and would not purchase from Piloti again.

Great product, but unacceptable customer service.

Great product. Non-existent customer service. I am out of pocket by $350 and nobody responds to emails, or messages via the support bot. A real shame. I have never left a review like this in my life. There's a first time for everything! Avoid.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. 12 days to respond to a query.They want a handling charge to return the goods which is greater than the cost of the shoes.
Never ever again. Such a shame because the shoes are so good.

Really poor customer service.

Ordered four pairs of shoes which were were half a size too small. I just wanted to exchange for a larger size but the automated process would either not allow this (one pair) or charged an extortionate restocking charge. Tried to correspond by email as requested but don't receive replies.

Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering!

Are they still in business?

Great shoes, but poor customer service. I have sent multiple emails to receive a price adjustment and have not heard any communication to confirm.
Just wondering if they are even still in business since they are having a 40% off sale on most of their inventory.

My order was never fulfilled, customer service unresponsive

I ordered a pair of Piloti driving shoes in April 2024. Piloti charged my credit card, but never shipped the shoes. I have emailed their customer service 3 times, referencing the order number in the subject line. I have never received a response. Yes, I checked my spam filter. While my first 2 emails were requesting status, the last email requested a refund. No refund issued, and no response. I filed a complaint with my VISA card bank (USAA) in July. USAA attempted to contact Piloti, but never received a response.

Like another respondent said the Piloti…

Like another respondent said the Piloti website states they use FEDEX for USA deliveries. My purchase never arrived contacted Fedex DHL USPS but kept getting invalid tracking number response. A company called VEHO who commincates by text only.. who I thought was just a broker for delivery services gave me another tracking number but had no knowledge has to who the delivery service that actually made the delivery which in the end landed on a different porch. Today I discovered that it indeed was VEHO actually makes deliveries and said the problem is with Piloti who only communicates by email and only after 72 hours will get involved ..leaving my shoes on the feet on a Fast n Furious wannabe driving a very load and obnoxious Ricer

Good shoes terrible service

Good shoes, completely unresponsive and incapable customer service. If you preorder shoes do not include anything else in the order, because they will wait to ship it all and items that became out of stock after their many preorder delays will just get cancelled if you reach out with simple questions(weeks of wait for a response btw)

Only buy it you can see and try them on in person. Or maybe just find a better company.

No response from customer service.

Website clearly says they ship via FedEx. They shipped via DHL and the shoes never arrived. Tracking shows it was delivered to a city 400 miles from where I live (maybe returned to their distribution center?). Contacted them three times - only way to do so is via automated email. They never responded. Had to dispute via Visa.
