Today's session was wonderful. Amazing case studies shared by Bijay. The concept of pain and pleasure was really an eye opener.
Few takeaways
1.Human mind always want to avoid pain.. And experience pleasure
2.Control you life.. Take responsibility.

Today's take away

Wonderful session, my takeaway: Start where you are and not from where you want to be. Many opportunity are lost due to this way of thinking. Start the things you are passionate rest will fall in place.

The best thing I have ever done for my…

The best thing I have ever done for my self growth is being part of Peak Impact mentorship. There are many avenues which one can use to grow in his/her personal and professional life. Their weekly session every Saturday are bringing tremendous improvement in my mindset and learning something new. Anyone who wants to grow should be part of this community

20's you are very sensitive about people and worried what others might be thinking.
30's You are irritated by people and the restriction.
40's you start removing people from your life.
50's you start thinking whether people are really thinking about you.
60's you realize no one was thinking about you, as they were busy solving their issues.

Wow, in this session, I learnt to
1. Experiment: Get ready to fail. I didn't have the courage to fail or accept it earlier. Now, its not the same case anymore. I'm ready for come what may in my way.
2. Break the conformity of Social norm: Just believe in yourself. The power is in you!
