I paid 59.99 for Birkenstock sandals. They took weeks to arrive but when they did they were clearly imitation- marked Ruizustock. Customer service relied very promptly to say there had been a mix up and gave me a refund . They also allowed me to keep the sandals that are smaller than Birkenstock so not much use
Fake shoes. Ships from china. Avoid!!! it says they are genuine Birkenstock retailer, but the laughable example that they sent was ridiculous. The cheapest, most awful pair of sandals I’ve ever seen and they were at least 2 sizes too small!
Great company run by nice people. Great prices too. Glad I used them. Very happy with my Birkenstocks and a pair of Teemazzi sandals I ordered. Thanks Pimali Team ! Ian Squire.
