Additionally, a renewal notification is always sent to the email address associated with the account before the charge is made, so users are informed in advance. If you only need the service for a short period, you can cancel the subscription at any time to prevent renewal. Even if you forget to cancel, you can reach out to our support team for a review and, when appropriate, they will cancel the subscription and issue a refund for you. We do not renew subscriptions “without telling users,” and we do not aim to be inflexible. We encourage anyone with an issue to contact support directly so it can be reviewed and resolved properly.
