Ordered a side table from them and then they got in touch with me to tell me there was a delivery surcharge for my postcode of £69.99! Asked them why they think they can get away with ripping people off with a £70 delivery fee, to be told it wasn’t them it was the delivery company. Ordered cancelled there and then. Went back online and found the same table £4 dearer but FREE delivery and it arrived today. If I had read these reviews first, I wouldn't have touched this company and I certainly won’t be back to use them ever again. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Placed an order with this shop on amazon.
Shortly afterwards received email saying they’d mistakenly prised item to low and was cancelling order saying I could reorder at the higher cost through their shop direct. I responded immediately and requested they didn’t cancel and honoured the lowers cost of £50. They didn’t acknowledge my request and just went ahead and cancelled my order. Amazon agreed with me saying the item should have been honoured at the listing cost and has filed a complaint against the seller.
I’d definitely never purchase anything from this shop again. So be aware before you order

I ordered my item online which stated that the TV unit was in stock and delivery would be 3-4 days. I ordered this even though it was a little dearer than elsewhere. After a week I contacted the company who advised me that 'in stock' meant it was in stock at his suppliers and that my order would be collected by the transport company as he was only a drop shipper (his website suggested otherwise) and that they would advise me when delivery would be.
Total misrepresentation!!!! Every company could do this!!
