Terrible service
Terrible service, item arrived very fast but didnt seem to work. Tried phoning them but no answer so sent an email and still no response.
Sent a 2nd mail and still no response. Decided to return the goods so mail their returns email address. Only response to that was when you return the goods we will refund you.
Not a single question or offer of apology. Now to see if I get my money back or if they will make some excuse about not receiving the goods.
Vreselijke service, item kwam erg snel aan, maar leek niet te werken. Probeerde ze te bellen maar geen antwoord dus stuurde ik een e-mail en nog steeds geen antwoord.
2e e-mail verzonden en nog steeds geen antwoord. Besloten de goederen te retourneren, e-mail naar het retour email adres voor retourzending. Enige reactie daarop was als alles ontvangen door hun is krijg ik mijn geld terug.
Geen enkele vraag of verontschuldiging. Nu om te zien of ik mijn geld terug krijg of als ze een excuus zullen verzinnen om de goederen niet te ontvangen.
