Disappointed

I signed up for a US number. And kept above 0 balance. Suddenly the number was gone without warning. And they told me it expired and now I need to pay the new higher price. They said I needed to have a sufficient amount in the account. I have asked three Times what that amount is without response. I also asked why I wasn’t wanted or notified the number could be lost. I rely on this number to help care for my elderly father far away which all doctors and nurses had. When I signed up for the number prices we’re different. It seems they just want to rise the price for existing customers. But the problem for me is the lack of clear answers and rules when asked. Seems subject to change a vague. I have to pay for coins plus a monthly charge now? Confused.

This one is definitely a fraud. Your money will be debited, first without it reflecting then the second time when it does reflect you will wait indefinitely for the "team to review your details". Look for another alternative.

This is a horrible service

This is a horrible service. Unable to send pictures and text messages without being asked to put a code and sometimes, account is closed for long hours without having access to the people i bought the number to discuss with. SCAM

I was worried about the service but not anymore...

Hi.
I donno about all the 1 start reviews here which also made me worried to test this service but I gave it a shot.
my balance also was not added after payment but the reason was because of my payment fee and low balance.
I just contacted the support team with no hope tbh and I saw these reviews, but they just responded to me after and hour and I just gave them a proof of payment and they added the amount in my account.

okay service but no customer support. I topped up my balance and it hasn't posted. Sent exact amount and haven't gotten a response in over a week. Horrible company scam do not deal with them

They lie

I have a feeling this app doesn't accept non US citizens (and probably few accepted countries) but they would allow everyone create and fund their accounts with them only to be giving them excuses for months to months about not having any available phone numbers. And when asked for refund they will keep promising to have phone numbers available.

The number rented from the Moneylion category was entered into the Moneylion website and Moneylion said it was invalid.

But the number I rented from the Greendot category can be sent to Moneylion.
