Perfect customer service. I can order from Pink Boutique with confidence as I know that on the rare occasion that I need to return items, refunds are processed quickly. Lovely clothes, great prices and brilliant, reliable service.

I’ve ordered from Pink Boutique in the past and have always been happy with my purchases, however on this occasion my parcel didn’t arrive, despite being marked as delivered. The photograph taken evidencing the delivery was not my house, and I had no way to see where it was delivered to. I contacted the delivery company who gave me a reference number for Pink Boutique to open a case, however, despite sending an email, a message on their contact page, and leaving a message on their answer service, I have heard nothing back. Given that I paid quite a considerable amount for my order, and £6.99 for express delivery, I find this level of service extremely poor.

Shopped with pink boutique for a while and always loved them. But this time customer services is definitely none existent and been a disappointing experience. After filling in contact forms, emails after email with photos of evidence no reply other than a auto generated email saying 24-48hrs if more helps needed me assuming they'll contact with me clearly stating i need help and support if sent all th details and photo evidence I think the whole customer service set up needs looking at, reviews show lots are having the same issue.
So after finally getting in touch im offered a partial refund to a faulty dress that was out the 14day return date they have even for faulty goods, it was over as I'd saved it for my holiday. I feel slightly disheartened to shop with them again. Given it was a faulty dress and customer services agreed it looked like a faulty stitching problem I was offer a small partial refund, I had all labels and bagging i literally had it on 2mins in my room and packed away to bring home, and emailed soon as i got home, i was told it could of been damaged whilst travelling with it so couldn't guarantee a manufacturing issue!!!! Surely it's buyers rights faulty goods your entitled to refund or even a credit note I'd of been happy with, im definitely skeptical now when purchasing from them and will be throughly checking over anything IF i purchase in future.

Thanks to Stephanie G a Customer Experience Representative at Pink Boutique she sorted my query. Something that should have never happened due to it Pink Boutique trying to not refund me but once sending proof of there error Stephanie was quick to help

I’ve now placed four separate orders with Pink Boutique, and not a single one has ever been delivered to me. Every time I’ve paid for next day delivery, my parcel has either been marked as “lost” or mysteriously diverted to a locker/pickup shop I never requested, before being returned to sender.

Most recently, with 2 orders, I was told the parcel was on its way, only to be informed days later that it had been sent to a DPD locker and then returned. The same happened with another order! – again returned, no explanation

Customer service responses have been slow, vague, and unhelpful. I’ve had to chase constantly, and despite multiple promises, I’ve been left waiting weeks without a proper explanation. Delivery charges have been taken repeatedly for a service never received.

Based on my experience and reading similar reviews, I honestly question whether this is a scam or simply shocking mismanagement. Either way, customers are paying for items and services that are never provided.

Avoid this company. I would strongly warn others against ordering until Pink Boutique can demonstrate that they actually deliver goods to paying customers.

To be honest there’s never been an outfit that I’ve ordered from here that I don’t like. The sizing is spot on, the styles are amazing and the quality for your money is brilliant! Love pink boutique 💖
