Seemingly impossible to unsubscribe from unsolicited Direct Marketing emails. Complaints to the Customer Services team are simply ignored.

Ordered a top and dress on a whim. The order was delivered within 5 days and beautifully packaged in a patterned cotton tote bag. Both products are beautiful, such pretty designs and well made.

SUCH an amazing time doing the block print event!!! Yasu was FANTASTIC - I’ve learnt so much and have come away with so many great pieces. Would recommend to anyone - I thought I’d be terrible but I’m thrilled 😊 And learning about the background and how much goes into each piece was fascinating. Will 100% be doing again! Thanks so much

still waiting for item ordered and paid for over 2 weeks ago meanwhile it is now out of stock so don't hold out much up of ever getting it. Customer service cheerful but ineffectual which is such a shame as PCP designs are gorgeous in every way - think it's classic example of a small company messing up stock control as they get bigger quickly. In future I'll stick to buying from stockists and not direct.

One of my favourite brands!

Placed an order of over £500 with this company. Zero communication, zero customer service. Items not shipped. No response to numerous emails querying what has happened and where the order is. I have been completely ignored. But previous stock emails i have sent were responded to within 20 mins. Now i have parted with cash - nothing. Constantly posting on social media but cannot respond to paying customers when they seem to have just taken money and run !!!!

The dress I bought was beautiful. Looks very well made. Lightweight but not see through. And it arrived in Southern Europe from the UK within two days!!! It came in a handmade shopper instead of plastic, which I really appreciated.
