Ordered two weeks ago and they had no…

Ordered two weeks ago and they had no problems processing my payment but my items haven’t shipped! Tried emailing and messaging through the Shop app and instant messaging on their website and no one is getting back to me. Very disappointing. Will probably have to file a dispute with my credit card.

I placed an order on March 6

I placed an order on March 6, 2024. My credit card was charged, however i never recieved a tracking number or my items. I have reached out via Email, Instagram Dm, and the Shop app i used to purchase. They simply do not respond. There is an automatic message saying someone will contact me shortly. They have not contacted me. I placed this order 8 weeks before my vacation, where i was planning on wearing my swim suit. absolutely horrible customer service.

Poor service. Nice swimmers

The swimmers look great. However the shipping time and communication was poor. I had hoped to get them before I went on holiday so I ordered them 2 weeks before I left. I wasn’t told they were on back order and didn’t receive a purchase confirmation. I had to send them an email asking for a status update. I asked for a refund if they weren’t going to arrive in time but was asked if I wanted to change my order instead. It felt like a run around. They ended arriving 1 week after I got back from my holiday and they were the original ones I ordered. Will not be ordering from them again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Pinkcolada is a fraud company who does not honor their agreement. I have placed two orders with this company back in July and have not received one of my orders entirely ($108.70); and of my other shipment have only received one top and one pair of bikini bottoms- which are not even the matching set that I had ordered ($120 order). The communication with pink colada has been one of the most frustrating of my life as I have sent over 80 emails asking for tracking, status updates, and begging for refunds. Each time I’m given the most ridiculous “thank you for your patience, I’ll look into this for you” reply, even being told my issue has been escalated to management. I’m still waiting on my refunds.

They deserve NO STARS

I really wish I had come on here before paying a crazy amount of money for swimwear. My story is very similar to what others have written!

I bought a number of items back at the start of JULY and so far have received 2. The rest were *apparently* dispatched but then ‘returned to sender’ which I don’t believe in the slightest.

I still haven’t received any tracking information (they assured me they would resend the items) and this all seems fraudulent.

They offered me discount which is laughable as I’m never going to order from them again.

Absolutely shocking experience.

An absolutely terrible site

An absolutely terrible site. I ordered some swimwear over three months ago for an upcoming holiday (which has been and gone) and still have not received my items.

Pinkcolada will also not refund me as they say they have recently 'dispatched' the items but are unable to provide a tracking number as they are having issues with their system, how convenient!

Their apology was providing me with a 15% discount off my next purchase,which is absolutely ridiculous as I will not be buying from then again.

I am really disappointedbecause I spent over $100 and they won't refund me. I would highly recommend not to buy from this site.

I’m very dissatisfied!!

I’m very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed since i have payed for my order since 2nd of December and it never came and no one is answering my emails!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ON YOUR WEBSITE!!

Better than expected

Honestly I was not expecting anything fancy for this price, but I am surprised. It’s decent quality and fits super well I feel good about it. I bought 2 more after I found out it wasn’t trash 🙂

Amazing customer service

Few days back, I gave a feedback about my parcel being delivered to my country & yet reaching different city. Within a day the supporting line quickly revert with suggestion to send over another shipment right away with express service and not letting me wait or have to contact the local post & track it myself. This is amazing customer service from Pinkcolada & great pleasure to be able to contact to speedy, nice, warming team!

I would love to give my experience more…but the exchange policy is a complete LIE

I would love to give my experience more starts but unfortunately i may as well burned $145 dollars. I ordered a suit prior that i absolutely loved, took 4 months to get , but loved to suit). So i ordered 3 more pieces in the exact same size. They fit completely different and i needed to exchange them for other sizes. When i went to exchange them i was told by USPS they are not accepting any parcel to Australia from the US and turned me away. I tried UPS and it was $170 dollars and Fed ex was $380 dollars.
When i wrote to Pinkcolada to let them know of the issue that i can not send the items back to Australia via USPS like they recommend they wrote me back and said they were not even accepting exchanges right now due to high volume . So like i said …i completely wasted my money for nothing. This is a NO EXCHANGE / NO RETURN COMPANY. DONT BE FOOLED. The suits are great if they fit. But think if it as all sales are final!

Very happy customer

This is the first time I've succesfully bought swimwear online, and I am in love! These are clearly great quality. The shipping was very fast. Beautiful colors, the cut is great. I am 5'7 125lbs and ordered small top, medium bottoms. They fit great!

Only thing I wish is they didn't individually package each piece in a plastic baggy. But overall, I would recommend.

Way too much trouble spent 160+ on…

Way too much trouble spent 160+ on suits never received one of them as “out of stock” but still shows as a sale item in all of their emails. Had to spend way too much time emailing tracking down orders, things saying they were delivered but werent. Not worth the time and headache, but the suits are cute.

Bottoms run small

Bottoms run small. Wish I would have researched the sizing more. I can wear a medium in any other brand, but this was way too small. And i can't return it to Australia for any reasonable shipping fee, so i just had to buy a second in large and I'm stuck with the medium. Check on this before you buy and make sure you're getting what you need if you're anywhere other than Australia!

Only putting 1 star because there isn’t an update option for 0 stars. Just happened that BOTH of my orders were “lost.” Couldn’t get ahold of customer service via phone or email or their fake chat. Somehow after sending an email threatening to tell my credit card company it was fraud (at this point 1.5 months later), they apologized and “resent” the pieces. Mind you, the original ones were never delivered according to shop app. The items arrived about 1 week later. They offered me a free item for the grief, which took 2 months to come in because, again, never got here and never delivered. I emailed again, and they sent out a new top that got here within 3 days after being 2 months late. Same address, nothing wrong. Don’t buy here
