Unexpected costs and no delivery...

Do not buy from outside of UK!

I ordered on 29/11/2025. Normally the print would arrive on 10/12/2025 for a gift.
I paid €37,71 EUR of which €17,95 for shipping. (normally 6 pound flat rate shipping fee to Europe), but I expected it to be taxes/ duties.

After shipment I was contacted by a company EVRI, asking for another 12,93 for duties and taxes.

After mentioning this to pink Giraffe print Co they did a refund of 8 euro. I don't know why the 8 euro.

The real issue is that there is no solution and I have still not received a product or an update regarding shipment.

Pink Giraffe print co does not react anymore.

Great service!

What made my experience great was the fact that you constantly kept me informed on where my parcel actually was.
This was great as the print was coming quite a distance but still got here before other local parcels did!
