Received a kids' tablet in Spanish
Received the tablet in Spanish. The child can’t use it. I was reimbursed for it. The product arrived later than initially expected.
The company is responsive by email and tries to solve the issue reactively, as they were already aware of the wrong batch of products.

But we think you should check your account again, because we have transferred the full amount of the item back to you (to the card used during the purchase) as we promised and you were allowed to keep the item anyway. :)
We did it in 15 Dec. and sometimes the process takes 2 bank days, so please check your account for 16 Dec to 19 Dec inclusive.

If you cannot find the transfer anyway, please contact us, we will take it again with the bank.

Great service !
I only bought one håndbagage to know the quality, and I really liked it.
Then I was desperate for 2 more håndbabage and I sent an email at night hoping that it would be answered the next day and to my surprise, a person answered me and we spent almost an hour trying to find a solution for the payment, because I had problems with my credit card. credit.
Anyway, I was very surprised with the service and quality of the product.
The håndbagage arrived relatively quickly and we are very happy with the purchase.
Thank you very much to the person who attended to me that night and was very kind to help me and of course buy the bags that I really wanted.
For sure, when I return to Denmark after the holidays, I will buy other things on the site.
