I was sent a knockoff pair ok Nikes. These are just cheap sneakers with crystals on them. They also sent me the wrong size but the sneakers are so cheap I cannot even see the size they sent me!! I contacted the company and the told me tough luck! Now I have to open a case with my bank and contact the BBB. Stay away from this company!
I purchased a pair of trainers which I paid over £200 for, upon arrival at UK customs, I received an email asking me for nearly £80 for my parcel to clear customs and be delivered. I was outraged, I have ordered from abroad several times over the years and never encountered this before.
Having contacted Pink Ivy to inform them I will not be paying the customs fee, therefore parcel will be returned to them upon which I require a refund.
Their response was they are not responsible for importing fees and they do not give refunds!! I have since discovered this information is right at the bottom of their website, the small print nobody ever reads!! Surely this information should be made aware to customers during the payment process? Then again, if these companies did that, nobody would purchase their products knowing they will incur extra charges.
I have no choice but to pay the import charge, but will never be ordering from Pink Ivy again even if the items are good.
Please take this into consideration before ordering from this company, you will end up paying more than you bargained for.
