TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Long story short, the dresses are extremely cheap looking and nothing like the pictures, and they make it impossible to return anything!
I had ordered 3 dresses in March, with the hopes of wearing one of them to my bridal shower in mid-late April. The first of the three dresses arrived just in time, but was absolutely nothing like the picture. It was so cheap looking, it looked like a cheap Halloween costume version of the dress. I still had a little hope for the other two dresses though, thinking maybe I could wear one for the rehearsal dinner or on the honeymoon. Wrong.
The second dress came in mid May, about two weeks after the first dress, but it was the same thing. Such cheap material and looked like a completely different dress from the picture. At this point, I had no hope at all for the third dress, even though it didn't come yet. I looked online for their return policy, which says that online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date. As I was only about 13 days after the delivery date from the first dress, I followed their stated process of sending them a return notification email in order to get the "return authorization and return address." I had also requested that the order for the third dress be canceled, but received the dress (same cheap quality) a few days after that.
Two months went by, and I conveniently did not hear back from them. I wanted my $140 back, so I sent them an email checking up on my return request. They replied with that my order is over 15 days and cannot be returned. I politely replied that I sent a request for return within 15 days and that the return should still be accepted since I didn't receive a response from them. But they replied with the same response, that it is over 15 days and they cannot be returned.
This is a terrible company with terrible customer service, and is a complete SCAM preying on women looking for cute clothes at a good price!
