Worst customer service I’ve ever…
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You can’t get through on the phone and they don’t bother reading emails properly. Trying to return items was a nightmare. I will never order online from them again.

I placed an order August 26th. It said processing for over 2 weeks. I’ve emailed twice and all they said was “it was still processing and would be shipped.” It is now September 13th and my item still has not been shipped. All the item says when I check status is order has been placed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL 😡

¡Terrible service! ¡MADE IN CHINA !
My order Nr 00347594 did not arrive at the specified time.
The customer service does not respond to emails. I wrote them to find out what happened with my order.
The website indicates delivery 2-5 business days. I placed the order on August 27, a week has already passed but I still haven't received my package. UPS tracking shows delivery time on September 9th. it's 14 days, not 2-5 days.
I thought to buy more on this website but now I hesitate whether to do it.
UPDATE.
I received my package on September 7th, the original box was torn and the product was much smaller than I expected. I sent it back the same day (gave to courier) with a request for an exchange.
It is very difficult to get through, the break is from 1 in the afternoon to 2, but no one answers at half past three. I received a letter on September 16 that the store received the return and again silence.
No money, no goods.
Will never order from pinko.com again.
Unfortunately in my country there is no boutique of this brand, the product is good, but the attitude towards the client is disgusting, they are not interested in working. If I buy things from this brand, then from another Internet site.
Don't recommend!

I received my item. How shocked I was when I saw that it's made in china!
The new belt but the liner on both edges is falling off. Not as described at all. I could just as well buy a belt on ebay for $ 10 ..... ¡ what a shame Pinko !
