I have on multiple occasions told them that they offer odds on games which dont take place in Finnish League playoffs (ice hockey) and they have not corrected this. Their customer services has become way worse no responsibility, clerks dont even tell their first names. We will address this to relevant department and never return...not trusthworty at all! Be careful!

Overall a good sports betting site, not incredible but very good odds just challenge to sign up and fund.

I've been with Pinnacle long years, not a frequent player but just casually. I've had a rare issue pertaining my withdrawal so upon contacting them i was instructed what to do with the wager 3x rollover process since i was away for a long time.
The issue was resolved and my withdrawal was instantly sent in my crypto account.
I don't see the reason for so many negative reviews on a well based platform that's build its reputation here for so many years, maybe some people don't understand the online casino process or what they're doing but please ask them they're kind enough to help also direct u to all the terms & regulations.
When it comes to online casinos i don't play with casinos that send you through many run around scam or untrustworthy dealers & machine boards, this platform & staff as well as their machines are not unfair to you. Where i live in the Caribbean we cannot use credit cards but we can use crypto currency & I'm happy to atleast play here so if this review doesn't build your trust guys well i don't know what else would thanks for reading 😊 & goodluck to you all.

Anybody knows how to withdraw without their "source of funds" process? Please leave a review on how you did it. The amount of documents needed is absurd, how is this allowed?

I am a refugee from Ukraine and I really need any funds. I was sure that the funds (1,700 euros) that I have in my pinnacle account (account number DP1693367) are securely protected and I will be able to withdraw them at any time. I haven't logged into my account for almost a year, but then it turned out that it was blocked. I asked what the reason was, and they just said they were following their rules, and they blocked my account and refused to refund my funds. To all my requests to clarify what I have violated, they simply say that they follow their own rules, according to which they can block the account and withdraw funds from it. Never, do you hear - never play in this rotten bookmaker. I am now left without funds in a difficult life situation because of these cheaters!!!

Been with Pinnacle for 20+ years... deposited 8k and they asked for "source of funds" documents. Begrudgingly I shared my bank statement. That wasn't good enough. They asked for my dad's bank statements bc he sent me money that month (i sold him some usd for cad). I said no and they closed my account!!!! Absolutely zero customer service, at no point did I ever feel like I was talking to a human, just automatic responses.... I offered to show another bank account to clear everything up, they wouldn't even look. Said I'm not "entitled" to a Pinnacle account.

The support team was unhelpful and prematurely ended the chat session without resolving the issue.

They don't even deserve a rating of 1. After the expiration of the personal conclusions, they checked my account and asked for a bunch of documents from the company I work for, payslips, turnover on the account in the former bank, current bank, credit card statements, loans, turnover on the Skrill account.
All this lasted for 2 months. I lost my patience and gave up.
If I had taken tens of thousands of euros from them, maybe he would even understand. Given that I was leaving them money, there is really no explanation for their way of doing business. This is unheard of in my 20-year long online betting career.

Pinnacle is a scam company. As soon as you reach a profit, your bets will be canceled and a refund will be made. In the correspondence they write that more likely that the human factor took place and the odds should be different, but when the bet was cancelled, the odds were not much different from other bookmakers.

Not sure why these guys have so many bad reviews compared to the actual scam online bookies out there (such as betify). These guys have been around for almost a decade at this point, very smooth customer support, best lines, doesn't limit you no matter how much you win and doesn't scam customer funds. Yes I do wish they had better promos or rewards for long time customers but just having an honest book that doesn't scam (like betify) goes a long way. Have been a customer here for a long time and will continue to do so.

They will never let you withdraw money if you are winning, you will go through an endless requirements of statements and other informations just for them to not accept anything, it has been over 2 months and I'm still to receive my winnings

Pinnacle has changed . I’ve been using them for 8 years and did verify at beginning with address and photo id which is fine and then a couple years later . Now they want bank statements and paystubs and more stuff than a credit card company . They have either turned into a scam or something . My bank information and job title is none of their business. And they all ways review wagers and I’ve noticed they say bet is void . Better books out there that have sharp odds

Simply the worst company ever!
