Disgraceful company

This company basically owns withenergy which supplies heating to new builds. The set a daily tariff which results i customers paying £30 a month for nothing. They are printing money on the backs of tenants. Morally bankrupt company. The billing is also not accurate. The new build developers have basically created a company to charge tenants what ever they want.

With Energy

With Energy, who are part of Pinnacle Power, believe they can retrospectively alter bills. Myself and hundreds of others received the following in an email from With Energy in April:
"Unfortunately, it has been identified by your Management Company that the current tariff has been insufficient to cover the gas charges incurred. This will mean that each property will receive an additional charge to their account.

These charges have been calculated based on the consumption used within your individual property, therefore everyone’s charge will be different depending on your personal use.  You will see this charge appear on your bill received at the start of June 2023."
As of June they are not backing down, I am at Stage 2 of a formal complaint and we are having to seek advice from multiple sources including our local MP.

How they can get away with this sort of conduct in the middle of an energy crisis I've no idea.

issues, 30/11/2020,this issue still not been solved by 5 different housing officers in Endwell Road.Brockley SE4, I find housing officers quite rude, bullish, and try to disregard my issues, so from today I'll be sending another message to the chief executive yet again. mr H, campbell

Hi Herman,

Thanks for your response. Although we do share a similar name to Pinnacle Houses we are a different organisation and provide District Heating Networks to housing developments/estates. I hop your issue has now been resolved, but unfortunately this doesn't relate to us.

Kind Regards,

Grant

With Energy is poor service

I am with their new company With Energy. You cannot access their website on your phone or computer. They have charged me for 4 months worth of bills this month, rather than monthly. When asked why this had happened they replied saying they had an issue with their system. For 4 months? They had never notified us there was an issue. We have had a poor supply of heating since moving in, not just myself but other residents in the building have complained also. Would not recommend joining them.
