Here's a summary

My wife and I were very dissatisfied with Terry in both in quality of work and in his professionalism. The straw that broke the camel's back was when he threatened to "friendly" wrestle because I questioned the large gaps and overlaps on the artificial grass seams. Well, I suppose that happens when he uses scissors to cut the seams (evidenced with non-straight cuts on underside of artificial grass from attached pictures). In the end, the police had to be called to escort Terry from our premises after the threat.

I do not want others to go through the same experience that we went through. Do your research and contact the California State License Board to see how many complaints have been filed against Pinnacle. Recent customer had taken him to court (Case No 22CV1203) and won (I was a witness) Beware of Terry!
