Amazing! Bust my zip on my favourite work dress and Belstaff sent me in the direction of pinnas and needles, super quick turnaround, really good communication and only £20 including postage and my dress is back looking brand new! I was referred to these great people by Belstaff London to repair the zip on a Panther. From first contact they were incredibly helpful and efficient. Having sent the jacket to them from Greece they managed to repair the zip, rather than replace, and also spoke to a specialist cleaner on my behalf.
I highly recommend them.

Belstaff referred me to the twins for a repair to my suede jacket last year, after a few emails and sending the jacket to the them it was returned with amazing results. I was visiting London last week when unbelievably, I found a similar tear on the same jacket but on the other sleeve! I called the twins in the hope they could help, even if just for them to give it a look and maybe leave it with them. They said to drop by the next morning and not only did they help but the repair was carried out that day so I could take it home with me (I was heading home the next day). Yet again, the workmanship and service was first class. It was so nice to meet Pio and Fran in person (& Stitch), really nice guys, professional and exceptionally skilled. There is a reason they have nothing but 5 star Google reviews. Thanks again Pio and Fran.

Pinnas&Needles replaced the zip in my Belstaff leather motorcycle jacket.
They took great care of this expensive jacket and did a beautiful job, it now looks like new.
It was a pleasure to deal with such helpful professionals.
The whole experience was excellent. I would go to them again.
