I got quite a few payday loans when i was young and stupid. And got into serious bother with Sunny. I heard that you could claim back for the interest being too high but i never really thought i would get anything back anyway. Got a call from these guys a few months ago asking why I'd not claimed it and that i should. Was a bit unsure at first but thought "why not". Nothing to lose i guess. After a month and with updates via post and calls i was offered £1700. Was really chuffed as i honestly expected if anything a few hundred quid! Happy days! Cheers guys! Poor communication and lacking clarity on charges . i have been forced to refer them to finnanacial ombunsman for failing to follow newest guiudelines
