The pins turned out great! Very high quality. The gold metal has a nice tone that does not look cheap. The enamel is well done and has a neat appearance. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication and follow up I received on my order.

We decided to try a different vendor (PinProsPlus) due to the price quote received by our current vendor. We was quite surprised by the price difference. We were nervous about trying someone else but getting some samples from Adam (who knew the difference between "hard enamel" and "soft enamel" pins), we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pins. We also decided to pay for the production of one pin then would receive a discount from that cost towards our order. It was still a deal even though we had to pay the extra for the sample pin (so we were sure it was what we wanted). The pin sample and the box of pins arrived quickly and the quality was exceptional. And Adam was helpful all through the process (and I know I emailed him a LOT!)
