I’m very disappointed. I reached out days ago via email to cancel my subscription, yet I was still charged 60€ today. There is no clear option on your website to cancel a subscription, and my email was completely ignored. This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. I expect a full refund immediately; otherwise, I will have no choice but to report this issue.
Tool does not work properly, i tested it life for my self, checked an ad i saw, and they couldnt find it, website is trash and not user friendly, they are asking for a premium price but apprently have not studied other competitors. If they had competitors (in the pin spy niche) They wouldnt be charging this much for sure!
Very good tool for such a price. Lots of new ads that I don't see with other spy tools. Just very clear and works fast.
I signed up for the 14 day free trial, however by like a day, my account will randomly get deactivated. I’ve reached out to support email 4 times!! Never got a reply back or any kind of help till this day, on top of they, they charge my card and never got a refund for anything. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING WEBSITE!
