Same issues as all of those who attempted to purchase through this website…I wish I had checked credibility prior to trying to order with different credit cards. I found and called the number listed under returns, the number is no longer in service.

Like the others here, unable to make a purchase, either they have an issue with this site and no how correct it or they might be collecting information. Could be a shell.

I'm having the same problem as all the other users have noted in their ratings. The site will not accept credit cards regardless of which credit card I tried - AmEx and Visa. I don't have a way to determine legitimacy of the site but I'm inclined to think that the site should be listed as a SUSPECT for card scamming. Who knows what will happen to the credit card numbers that users like myself have entered. The email and phone number listed on the site does not seem to be attended. My advice for readers of this rating is to not attempt to buy from Pioneer General Store's site.
I am having the same problem as rob fox and others in that the the site -does notaccept credit cards. I got the same error and no email to address porblem
Same as Kevin. Refused credit card message "Reason for decline: User authentication failed. The account or API user is inactive".
No explanation for what this means and as Kevin noted no support and no way to contact them! Wonder if this is a legit operation? Not listed with BBB but maybe because they are online only? Hope my credit card info doesn't get spread.
I attempted to make a purchase from Pioneer General Store at their website. Nice "Looking" website. When I attempted to check out, the website refused two different credit cards (Discover and Master Card). You also couldn't use PayPal even though the site indicated that you could. There was no way to contact them through the website, not even an email address. This is possibly the worst designed site I have ever been on, if it is a legitimate site in the first place. I would give the site (and possibly the company) a minus 5 stars.
