Never received my order after almost 3 years. Clearly a scam.

Waited 2 years. Nothing recieved. Got exactly the same INSTANT Email response from the "Support". "Due to high demand...."

I've now bought my trird Pioneer BD Drive, I suspect Pioneer to have a dead date in there drives, The first I bought was a
BDXL BDR-207 EBK - - 1½ YEAR it didn't recognize BD Disk anymore, the second i bought was a
BD-RW BDR 290D same story around 2 years it got the same error.

I'm 'pi**ed' (sorry for my language) and together in these two drives I maybe have burned 56-60 BD DISK's only, (and I'm READY to go to my ombudsman and online newspaper with my story about Pioneer BD Burning Drives)

But after a night of sleep I decided to give it one more chance with a
Pioneer Blu Ray/DVD-brænder Interne BDR-S09XLT, (Just bought and installed)

Dear Pioneer, it can't be right that your BD Drives after a couple of years only can be used as DVD reader/Burner, I know the blue ray is more complicated, but anyway.... I'm feeling sad that a product that I used to love, now is becomming throwing my money into a product that only will give me grievance... I used to love Pione.....

Wish I'd checked here before ordering. Unscrupulous thieves, absolutely ridiculous that their website still exists, they still have social media platforms up etc. when their business model seems to just be accept money then do nothing. Ordered two pairs of sunglasses, waited a month hearing nothing. Got in touch with customer service who just parroted the same '8-11 days to ship' line despite it already being 30+ days.

There was never a tracking number because 'unfortunately we're just updating our tracking systems hardwiring' which is complete nonsense if you've ever worked anywhere near logistics. My PayPal case was closed, so I'm out $38.40 USD.

• Accepted my money
• Didn't send me anything
• Made nonsensical excuses
• Refused to refund me

This is criminal.

They stolen $48+$15(shipping) for an order placed in september 2017...
No tracking guide, After 7 emails, in january they stop answer my emails, the page is dawn, and it is a totally bad.

This company should not even receive one star because this company is a complete fraud. Never once received my THREE resin necklaces and they basically stole $45 from me. I emailed them after I didn't receive my necklaces for awhile they said to send them my order number and they would resend what I had ordered. Again nothing. Horrible customer service and horrible company in all. I do not recommend what. so. ever.

Ordered one pair of glasses and one watch. Never got the sunglasses. When contacting the response was to wait and see if they would show up - i waited more than a month to contact them over the "delay"

SCAM! Not even one star. I bought two necklaces from this shop and i received only one necklace and it was the wrong one. I have been waiting 8 months now for a refund/ my order. Which they keep saying will get to me in 7 to 10 business days. This company is a scam.

Untrusty company. Got the wrong item and still waiting for a refund or new item. 5 months have passed :)

Awful. Just awful. They sent me one item I ordered, valued at 5 dollars. The other $25 item has yet to be sent or refunded. I placed my order in October for someone's birthday, it is now February. Since then, I have been sent several vague emails, with no tracking number, almost always saying things along the lines of "It's almost there! We can't refund it now, as it's in your area! Check your local post office!" They offered to resend the package or refund it after a couple weeks, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I chose a resend. Boy was that a mistake. They offered to refund me the second time it didn't show, but now they just flat out refuse to even respond to my emails. I've been extremely patient and cooperative throughout up to this point, and this company flat out steals 25 dollars out of my wallet.

I've waited several months for my shipment of the resin necklace and still didn't get it. At least they refunded me.

Pioneer Revival = Fraud Company .
Dont buy anything from them .

I boughy resin necklare since Sept 2017, until now, Jan 2018 = still nothing.

1. No tracking available. (even I pushed to know)
2. When you asked, the Customer Service = always said check your local post office or we will post it back. (always a promised = but nothing)
3. They charged your credic card, but not sure for refund .
4. Very terrible to buy this one .

The web, must be block.

It’s been FOUR months and I did not receive the resin necklace. These guys are scammers.
They don’t send anything, play with you for a bit to delay, and then refund a few people and send packages to those that are patient enough to suffer.

They play this delay game. I’ve received nothing from these con artists and I ordered 15!

UPDATE: 8 months and nothing. They keep trying to say they'll send 'another order' but it's all what I said, a delay tactic. They've stolen over 400 dollars from me and now don't respond to emails when I ask for a refund.

I bought a "resin" necklace from them in September and it only arrived today, and every time I tried to contact them by email, they always told me the same crap. In addition, the collar is disgusting, it is absolutely not as it is in the picture I guarantee it.

Yes, they obviously had some problems to deliver my order. But the service and communication throughout the whole time was great and very kind! We got the refund for our missing necklaces but also got two necklaces for free in order to compensate our "trouble". Great service!

It is absolutely a scam. Do not buy from this company. Save yourself the headache and money!

After Reading the opinion in the internet i have expectet long delivery and bad quality product, but no one thing of this have happen , quality was very good,

I ordered my necklace on in early August as a spontaneous purchase and it is now November 20th and I still haven't gotten my necklace. They keep making excuses why it has not arrived though refuse to give me a refund until I ship a package back that can't even get to my house. I will never buy from Pioneer Revival again. The logistics of customs and shipping in general has already been set in place. If you cannot get around that, you simply cannot be a company. Period.

I made my purchase on sept. 8th and I finally received my purchase on November 17th. It took more than two months for it to arrive.The quality of the resin necklace isn't even worth the price. It looks and feels cheap. I also ordered 3 necklaces only two came in.
