Leider absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung – keine Lieferung, kaum Kommunikation
Ich habe vor über einem Monat bei Pio Paleha bestellt und die Ware bis heute nicht erhalten.
Inzwischen habe ich das Unternehmen viermal schriftlich kontaktiert. Erst bei meiner dritten Nachricht, in der ich angekündigt habe, mein Geld zurückzufordern, erhielt ich überhaupt eine Reaktion. Mir wurde daraufhin lediglich mitgeteilt, dass die Ware noch ankommen werde. Eine konkrete und nachvollziehbare Lösung oder eine zuverlässige Auskunft zum Lieferstatus habe ich jedoch nicht erhalten.
Mittlerweile ist meine Geduld am Ende. Ich habe mein Kreditinstitut aufgefordert, die Zahlung zurückzuholen.
Für mich ist dieser Umgang mit Kunden äußerst enttäuschend und wirkt sehr unzuverlässig. Wenn eine Bestellung über Wochen nicht geliefert wird und wiederholte Kontaktversuche weitgehend unbeantwortet bleiben, kann ich diesen Anbieter leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
Ich würde aufgrund meiner Erfahrung von einer Bestellung bei Pio Paleha abraten.
