I like the design/illustration, however, the concepts are not as practical (at least Team Tactics). Ending up purchasing a different brand that addressed more frameworks that were less conceptual and more practical.

Pip Decks has truly been a game-changer for facilitating vital conversations within my team. The team at PipDecks has delivered fantastic customer service! They’ve recently reimagined how they offer their digital and physical decks, creating a more user-friendly experience. Digital decks now come with access to their new app, available online and on iOS/Android. The Digital deck includes the deck, video content, Miro boards, and the ability to download PDFs and JPEGs of the cards—a truly comprehensive solution.
During this transition, they actively consulted with their customers, listening to their needs and workflows to develop what I feel is a highly customer-focused solution. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
It seems they’re upgrading customers who previously purchased Vault access to the new digital versions of the decks. On top of that, they generously upgraded me to the digital versions of all my decks, even the ones without prior Vault access. Such thoughtful service makes a big difference!

I've used Pip Decks extensively in my professional work and can confidently say it's a game-changer for anyone who facilitates workshops or leads teams. The physical cards are beautifully designed and durable, while the digital versions provide quick access when needed.
What truly sets Pip Decks apart is their systematic approach - each deck doesn't just give you random tools, but guides you through exactly when and how to use them. The Workshop Tactics deck, in particular, has been invaluable for planning and running effective meetings.

The included video tutorials and Miro templates add significant value, making it easy to implement the strategies in both in-person and virtual settings. While the price point is premium, the return on investment through better-organized workshops and more confident facilitation has been worth every penny.

I am now a raving fan! I jumped on their early Black Friday promo and bought 6 of their decks for myself and a few for a friend. I am a real estate broker and my friend owns a medical practice. We both found so many strategies immediately to help with our year-end planning for 2025.
My husband runs the global security operations center for a large company and he immediately grabbed the Retro deck and found it incredibly useful in his business. No matter who you are, you NEED these in your life. I promise!

I recently got my hands on the Pip Decks and was thrilled to start using them. Initially, I was a bit disappointed to find out I couldn’t access the digital versions, especially since I bought the physical decks myself to showcase their value at work. But the Pip Decks team turned the situation around completely! Katherine from their support team not only replied personally but also upgraded my account for free, ensuring I could fully enjoy both the physical and digital experiences.

The decks themselves are incredibly well-thought-out, and the support team is just as impressive. This is a company that truly cares about its customers, and it shows. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add structure and creativity to their work!

Pip Decks are extremely helpful.
Maybe you know already some of the tactics, maybe you know already some practice.
But many (most, in my case) you likely don’t.
And the big picture you get is invaluable: which big questions to ask, how to organize your work, how to accomplish it, …
Even with just a few cards, I was able to get better at my tasks than before having the decks.

I recently tried PipDecks: Storytelling, a physical deck of cards designed to provide strategies for storytelling. While the concept is intriguing, my experience left me disappointed.

First, the positives:

- Design and tactile quality: The physical edition is well-crafted. The big cards feel sturdy and premium, and I enjoyed the tactile feedback of using them—something the digital edition lacks.

However, beyond the aesthetic appeal, the product falls flat:

1. Content: The strategies provided are underwhelming and “fluffy.” They cover basic ideas that are widely available online for free. For a product marketed as a storytelling toolkit, I expected more depth and originality.

2. Price: At €109, the deck is outrageously overpriced. Considering the likely production cost of under €10, it feels like the creators are positioning it as a “magic button” for storytelling success—but it doesn’t deliver.

3. Execution: The biggest flaw lies in the structure. Each card links to others, creating a circular process that prevents you from ever achieving meaningful results. This “endless loop” was frustrating and made the entire experience feel like a waste of time.

Final Verdict
While the design is impressive, PipDecks fails to provide value for its steep price. The content lacks substance, and the approach makes it nearly impossible to accomplish anything tangible.

I give it 2 out of 5 stars—a product that looks good but ultimately doesn’t deliver.

Pip decks are a game changer. After years of leading teams, many books and conferences later, pip decks brought new ideas into leadership, made the dreaded staff meeting more fun, and equipped growing leaders with tools to thrive. I had no issues with my order but noticed a missed opportunity on my part and the customer team was fast to help me get the best value for my purchase.

I can’t imagine a better customer service than Pip Deck’s! My order got stuck at customs in Brazil, went back to the US and they helped me every step of the way, very quickly and amicably. My emails were replied the same day I sent them and solutions were given to every problem that emerged - until I got my Pip Decks! I’m enchanted!

I had a problem with delivery and the suppport promply responded and resolved the issue. Thanks a lot! Xmas presents delivered :)

Besides the wonderful card sets, I have have received great customer support on my questions. Also, they have a regular mailing with all kinds of related extra info which has definitely added value to my learning experience.
