I bought account 1008537 worth 300k and after more than 2 months of working I just passed 2 rounds. Then I received an email to sign the contract to receive the sponsored account but then 4 days later I received this email from them. They actually cheated and lied to customers and they said they would refund me 2k but I waited 20 days to receive the refund but they only refunded me 1k1 not 2k as they said. Dear Phuong, After a thorough review of your account activity, our system has flagged trading patterns that clearly show reverse arbitrage, which is strictly prohibited under our policy. Additionally, your profile and activity show connections with traders who have previously engaged in similar prohibited activities, raising further concerns. Due to these findings, we have decided not to continue granting your simulated sponsored account. However, to ensure fairness and minimize any potential damages, we will refund the full amount of $2,000.00, including all challenge fees that you have paid to us. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 days. This decision is final and your account will be closed. Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to participate in PipFarm. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please reply to this email.

PipFarm is highly hands-on with their clients. I made an honest mistake by not checking my account carefully, leading to a hard breach of my daily loss limit. Their customer support created better solutions to the problems I faced than I have ever experienced with any other firm.

Their XP system comes with huge benefits for long-term investors. This system also prevents new traders from buying the largest accounts straight away and blowing them which is what a lot of other predatory firms bank on for revenue.

Only 1 Week Payouts which is a shorter payout wait than the majority of Prop Firms. They promise an extra $1,000 in compensation If they miss the window for whatever reason.

Great discounts, and promotions.

They say they value their traders and they mean it. They will look after you if you're having issues with their service.

I believe they are on par to compete with FTMO.

Pipfarm have one of the best support team ever, and their trading rules are very clear and easy. Their system will automatically lock trading during news period which allowed unnecessary mistakes or disputes.

Challenge was smooth! 2 5k accounts passed! First withdrawal after 2 days and just 6 hours after I ask for the money!

Pipfarm has a really great support with friendly attitude. There is no problem that they can’t solve. As a prop firm they have good platform, fair spreads and rules. Totally recommend.

I purchased three challenges. Cleared all three of them fairly. Submitted my KYC. Got rejected. Submitted kyc via veriff. After waiting two days recieve an email stating potential kyc fraud without ever explaining anything in detail. Wrote an email last week. No response. Was banned from discord and all the platform. Just absurd. Not sure what to think of this. Potential fraud. They have made a lot of changes which are anti traders. But this is the cherry on cake.

A company that treats genuine traders more than fairly and do not tolerate cheaters and abusers, as it should be. Do not listen to the 1 star reviews, they are sore losers and scammers themselves. No hidden rules, nice support, everything is clean from A to Z. The only problem is you when you don't respect the lot size or have a bad mindset ! Received my first payout today. Can only recommend 100% !

PipFarm is a great prop firm, no shady business practices or any sorts of misunderstanding, will recommend it again and again for anyone looking for a trustworthy prop firm to work with.
The CEO is very communicative and helpful, as well as the support team.

I bought a lot of Challenges from this company, as they entice customers with their promotions and points system, which allows you to get better terms (higher payout percentage, shorter interval between payouts and even “free” Challenges).

Three of the Challenges were held to the “Funded” stage.

After that, one payout was received, when the second one was ordered - I was banned, access to all the Challenges (even those that had not yet reached the Funded stage) was closed, and even access to Discord was closed.

None of the terms of trade on their website or contract were violated. They explained their actions as follows: “Upon reviewing your account, we identified trading patterns indicative of group trading”. There was no answer to the question what it is. I offered them to conduct an independent audit of my trades to show that they were made by me personally and do not have any prohibited things (copy-trade or hedging), but my offer was ignored.
