Sketchy payout Rules change

Very sketchy firm. They have their payout day every Friday. Today is Friday and they literally sent an email update THURSDAY NIGHT saying they’re switching they payout day and now it’s only on the next week. How do your change the payout day just a couple hrs away from the payout ? That seems sketchy to me. In fear not be able to get my payout. This is completely unfair, it’s fine if they want to switch the day but they have to tell people in advance not just a couple hrs away when everyone has already reached the requirements

Shady practices at pipfarm

Pipfarm tries everything not to pay traders, as multiple reviews have spoken about. This happened to me. The playbook is the same: on the Friday when payment is due the risk team emails with a reason they can't pay. This happened for 4 consecutive Fridays for me, with a different excuse each time (interview request, KYC failure, payment verification, no USDT to send me). Each time I replied immediately but the risk team is silent. They eventually paid me but that was only after multiple tweets tagging the CEO on twitter/X. Avoid this firm.

Extremely Unfair Practices and Consistent Delays in Payouts.

I have been trading with this firm for some time now, and I must say I am extremely disappointed by their unfair and inconsistent treatment of traders.

Recently, I faced a situation where they accused me of breaching their 2% max risk rule and then blocked my payout. According to their own rules, if the loss reaches 2%, trades are automatically closed, and we must wait an hour before taking a new trade in the same direction.

In my case, I was trading on a $10,000 account, where 2% is $200. Before the loss could even reach $200, I closed a trade myself at a $21 loss to reduce risk. After that, the price reversed, and I actually made a profit. There was no point at which the 2% loss was triggered, and I never opened a new trade in the same direction within that hour.

Despite explaining this clearly, the firm not only held back my payout but also asked me to redo the consistency requirements all over again. This is not the first time I’ve faced such issues. In the past, they have delayed my payouts for weeks, often coming up with new excuses. They even banned me from their Discord channel so that I can’t raise concerns or communicate easily.

In short, they seem to find ways to delay or deny payouts by misinterpreting their own rules. As a trader, I’ve always tried to be disciplined and follow the guidelines, but this kind of treatment is extremely discouraging and unfair.

I hope this review helps others to be aware of what they might face.

Halted US Operations and Refund Never Received

Purchased two trading accounts and at first things were going well.

I received an email on 06/04/25 stating the company is halting US operations due to Ctrader. The email also stated that they will resume within 30 business days. Months went by with false promises.

I then initiated my refund on 9/17/25 and was told it's in progress. I have been emailing for an update and reached out via support with no resolve.

To date I have still not received my refund for my two accounts nor given an update. Also, US trading is still not available and I have not received my payout or the free account as promised.

Update:
I have received a refund for one of my accounts. Still pending the second refund.

Understood why people call them shitfarm 💩

Banned me for one of the stupidest reason as i was about to reach rank 4 and they had to give me 400$ voucher. On march 25, i won a giveaway and a person gave me card, i tried and it obviously declined. After march i purchased 20 more accounts till date and they banned me now for this reason that i couldn’t verify the card. What a clown firm.

There are too many withdrawal refusals

There are too many withdrawal refusals. Compared to other platforms, there are many withdrawal refusals due to silent rules, which has become a problem on social media. Withdrawals are almost impossible on Pipfarm. The severity of all rules should be displayed on the My Page with an indicator.
