Unable to comment about the product - because after almost a month, I still have not received it.
Their “customer service” team are completely useless and unhelpful.
Save yourself a lot of aggravation - buy elsewhere.

Convenient interface of the online store, a good offer of products. But the creation of an order is organized in such a way that when ordering several different items, you need to spend a lot of time to choose and order the desired product from a whole array of similar products but with different dosages, packages and prices. On the site, almost all products are on "sale" or have a "2 for 1 promotion" or have a "discount" of tens of percent, etc. This looks like cheating, because there are no products without promotions and discounts. And since the same product is offered in very different packages, volumes and doses, the buyer does not understand what the real price of the product is and how much he will have to pay for one daily dose. It doesn't have the much-needed "price of one daily dose" filter. And I think this is done specifically so that the buyer gets lost in the mass of different price offers of the same product in different packages and in the end (mistakenly) orders something that is more expensive. They also have terrible customer support, complete incompetence. I do not advise you to contact them if you do not want to spoil your mood. Delivery to Spain took quite a long time (2 weeks), which is understandable. The product arrived well packaged. However, the invoice that came with the order is completely incomprehensible to me. There, several ordered items were listed as out of stock and some kind of replacement was provided instead. However, I still did not understand what was the matter, because it seems to me that I received more or less everything that I ordered. In addition, the paper invoice did not exactly correspond to the confirmation of the order that came by email. Overall, the customer experience is so-so. 3 stars out of five.

I've received and paid for the product that I never ordered!

Stay away! I have been buying from them for years and have been in the rewards program. I put in another order and wrote them about the rewards. They informed me they cancelled it. I never got my points. I was never told. I informed them I just put an order in 90 minutes ago and to cancel it. Oops they tell me! Too late! Now, if this is the kind of place you want to deal with, be my guest. They will not see another dime from me. There are better deals out there and you get your order the next day, cheaper, and you don’t pay for shipping. Give ya two guesses.

As far as delivery and having my back with any returns (of which I only had to return ONE order in the many years of service), Piping Rock has never disappointed.

Deliveries arrive on time or early in very secured packaging.

The one refund was handled quickly by phone with no problems.

I am not sure why so many people state that they have problems with their service. I never have. I purchases 6 month supply of my chosen supplements bi-annually. Very cost effective.

Exactly as ordered and arrived in time. V Good tracking system with Aramex throughout. Was apprehensive after reading all the reviews here but personally no issues whatsoever.

Buying from this company approximately a year now. Never had any issues. Before buying supplements always read everything about them, and if I found somewhere else better deal, just buying somewhere else. Some supplements are better then other.

I placed my order. Their system kept saying "couldn't process" it processed 5 times. I had my bank leave 1 transaction. They insist on returning it. Why not just process the transaction

I'm baffled to read some of these reviews. I ordered melatonin gummies to be delivered to the UK on two different occasions. Due to melatonin restrictions in the UK there is a chance that it could be detained by customs. I paid under £10 for 60 12.5mg gummies including delivery. Both times items were here within a week. Tracking was adequate and items were posted within hours of my order being made.

I am a long time loyal customer of piping rock and about a year and a half ago I noticed their site changed and with that all the prices went up. I also noticed over the last year and a half a lot of items that I used to purchase are no longer available on their site. Piping Rock used to have good prices and now it’s more expensive than other online vitamin/supplement stores. Piping rock also charges a delivery fee According to the weight, so depending on what you’re purchasing, it could be astronomical when you check out. I admit there has been times I’ve questioned the quality of Piping Rocks products. I don’t think their products are worth the money the way things stand right now.

ordered from there to ship melatonin from US to UK and like other reports on Redit they do not deliver but take your money happily enough. Avoid them. I would also highly recommend Fakespot chrome add in that detects scammers Ideal for Amazon and shoppify to detect fake reviews , or poor customer support . That helped alert me to explain why I never got my item,

Ever since I placed an order with PipingRock I've been deluged with 40 plus spam emails a day. Avoid.

I ordered product on 22 nd June and paid for postage to arrive in 3 to 9 days, I did not receive after 12 days so contacted the seller, they replied confirming the 3 to 9 days but they said it actually takes 7 to 20 days, why does there website not show correct information, if the website showed correct period I would never have ordered from them. It is now 23 days since ordering and the product has still not arrived. Do not order from this Company if you want your product in a timely manner

Product never arrived. Dont waste your money on these scammers!
