While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

like a disease

This useless extension of CapCut is just more gimmicky AI tools that anyone who is serious about video will find no use for, and the "credits" system is designed to siphon as much money out of you as possible.

I thought I had washed my hands of it when I unsubscribed from their emails and deleted my account, but no. I get spam from them constantly with no way to unsubscribe, and am met with a 404 page if there ever is a link to manage my "subscription".

You will never escape this god forsaken website. Yes, you can flag the emails as spam, but they won't stop coming, and you can't stop them from coming. I have nothing positive to say about this plague of a website.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR E-Mail because they will spam you for life. Yes for life. I've deleted my account already 10 times (yes ... the account is still there ... ) and deactivated all notifications 5 times and they still SPAM me every single day. Spammers and scammers.

I subscribed to the Pippit Starter…

I subscribed to the Pippit Starter Plan, which includes 1,800 points to use for their services. I’ve had the plan for a few months, although I don’t use it very often. I expected that as long as I’m paying for the subscription, I could use the service anytime during the active period.

On August 11, I tried to use the app, but it showed I had 0 points available — meaning I couldn’t use any services. I checked my credit card, and the August payment had already been debited.

I contacted support via chat twice:
• The first time, they said they would “investigate” and it would take a few days.
• The second time (today), no matter how I explained the problem, the replies felt like a copy-paste robot response: “Yes, yes, I will reflect this to headquarters.”

This left me wondering — is Pippit really a good company and a good app to use?
Maybe the app itself works well most of the time, but if you run into an issue and need help, it seems like no one truly cares or takes action. If I had known the support would be this unhelpful, I would have thought twice before subscribing.
