Long time Customer
I have been using Pirate Ship since around 2020. I started using it to ship items from my Independent Consultant Business and quickly shifted to using it for all my personal shipping needs as well. I had one issue that was user error and they still helped guide me on what I needed to do to solve the issue. Love the choices it gives for shipping options.

I have used pirate ship for six years… amazing customer service and prices
I have used pirate ship for six years for shipping packages for my small business and personal. I love them! Great prices, tracking is easy and invoice printing to keep me updated. I recommend them. I had a package lost in the system and undeliverable by USPS from the buyer incorrect address note and pirate ship checked in with me several times over those few weeks until it arrived back to my location. Pirate ship went beyond with customer service. So grateful for them.

The Best!
I love Pirate Ship! I've been using their software for my small business for many years. It's user friendly, integrates seamlessly with my website and Etsy shop and provides all you need to ship both domestic and internationally. The carrier discounts are great and the customer service is fantastic. And all these things are free! They're the only company I know that genuinely seems on the side of helping small businesses. Save money and time!
Besides saving money, when I drop a package off at the post office or the UPS store, I am elated at how many people are standing in line (presumably, in front of me) and I can just come, put it on the counter and leave. Additionally, previous addresses I’ve shipped packages to are saved in an address book to save time in the future.

The site is easy to navigate. We like the choice of shippers. Email notifications to our customers are very helpful as well as tracking and keeping our history of shipments. Printing the labels is simple - it's all in one place. We never have to stand in line to have things shipped. A problem arose with a shipment and the resolution was swift and thorough. We have been using Pirate Ship for years and have always been satisfied.
