Jordan Longbottom

Jordan Longbottom , how can you have the money to make new consoles for sale but not enough to clear your over 400 consoles backlog?
Another way to scam more people 😂 . Don't believe in anything people bicouse I'm one of the 400 people he did scam! It's near 20 months of waiting for my superior console and still nothing, no console , no money.
Edit , I just found more about our pi retro gaming super seller :
A bogus teeth whitener mr Jordan Longbottom was fined a four-figure sum after being found guilty of practising illegally.
Jordan Longbottom, who worked in Salford Quays in Manchester, was found guilty under the Dentists Act 1984 on Wednesday, December 21.
Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court heard that the General Dental Council (GDC) had warned Longbottom to cease whitening teeth after discovering he was not qualified to do so.
However, Longbottom continued practising illegally – despite the GDC contacting him in February and March 2015.
By August, the GDC was forced to take action.
He was handed a £3,000 fine and an 18-month conditional discharge by the courts as a result of his malpractice.
Believe me people, don't send these scumbag any money. I'm ready 2 share he's adress

My last review was removed so here it…

My last review was removed so here it is again... I recently received an email from them saying they needed to drum up money again so I must still be on the mailing list (our order was late 2018)....

Waited over 5 months for a console that never came. Excuse after excuse as to why the order hadn't been fulfilled and to be patient despite saying the "company was liquidated" Finally gave up and requested a refund which never came. I enquired on that and "Dave" advised they were telling people to request chargebacks (despite never telling us). Had to do this just to try and get our money back as they gave us some made up excuse that refunds were being cancelled by merchant. Avoid this company at all costs the whole thing is a scam. They have also started up a carbon copy page called Retrodroid which just happens to offer the exact same system for the exact same price with the exact same guarantee, exact same delivery terms, exact same processor, exact same finance processor (square) and also happen to name drop each other on their Facebook pages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Update... I had to use a charge back with my bank to get my money back months later. I know many others weren't as fortunate.

AVOID!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER

I ordered from this site back for my partners Christmas in 2018. The order never came and we were constantly fed lie upon lie for around 6-7 months. There was always an excuse and Dave repeatedly told us just to stay patient and it would be there soon. Enough was enough and I eventually got a refund. I can see he's still playing the same way, taking orders but customers never getting them. I also got an email today from him (must still be on the mailing list) and see he's now trying to drum up money from an app to try to fulfil orders. Couldn't make it up! I ended up ordering from retro-systems.co.uk for the following Christmas and the supreme console was at my house within 2 working days. Please don't waste your money on this conman.

The real mastermind behind this joke of a company which has since had its website shut down through lack of funds is Jordan longbottom, forget all other names this is him. I'll be there to see you in court mate along with a few others by the sound of it!!!!

Complete scammers, order console in November, received it on 23rd December with no accessories and wasn't set up correctly, half the emulators don't work. Still waiting on the keyboard, mouse and controller and they've stopped answering messages 😡😡

Ordered a unit @ £195 in November for a xmas present.....it's now March, no replies to emails and no unit. Looks like I join the queue of scammed customers. It's about time the law changed on allowing conmen to get away with carrying out these scams, and the courts dealt with them more appropriately.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered the handheld back in summer 2018, waited months and never got it and when you’re spending £150+ you should NEVER be waiting months. I was given excuse after excuse so eventually I went to my bank and forced a reversal and I got my money back. I bought the EXACT SAME device (which is a GPD XD+) from a website called DroidBox and got it next day delivery for a total of £160.

These guys spurt nothing but lies whilst they sit on your hard earned money and there is a good reason that they have tons of 1 star reviews on here.
Another point to add is that they no longer have a website, what a shock!

I really hope you spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

I bought a Superior from these guys

I bought a Superior from these guys, it turned up much later than expected. On receipt it was not what I was expecting!! It's certainly not a 'console', just a collection of hard drive and other bits that you stick together. No instructions at all and I couldn't find the thousands of games that were supposed to be installed. I eventually got Mario Kart working but it was really flaky and not worth the effort.

A total waste of £205 and now the website and my account is unavailable!

Well just under 4000 hits now & still…

Well just under 4000 hits now & still climbing, GREAT news guys. Just so you know the bailiff went around following the courts ruling & it appears P.I. Retro Gaming do not have any money or goods to cover the order of a refund, costs & small amount for damages.
I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE stays clear of this company. I know they will now plead "we don't know who you are Adam" or try to have this comment removed, I am advising everyone on FB too DO NOT buy anything or have anything to do with these guys they ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!
Yes I have all the legal documents to prove everything I have said & if ANYONE wants to see them I am more than happy to scan & email them to you, just ask.
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED EVERYONE! Please throw your money down a drain you'll get better service & satisfaction.
Regards
Adam

Dreadful.

Dreadful.
I too was scammed.
Ordered a £125 console in Feb 2019. It's now the end of Jan 2020 and no sign of it. Occasional emails full of obscure excuses.
Stay Away.

200 pounds lost. Not recommended

I bought a console in September 2019. It is now January 2020 and it never came. I sended multiple emails and they have always cordially replied that they had problems with the Etsy website and that they apologized for the delay. Confident I have waited until now but the last email has come back to me. Over 200 pounds lost. Not recommended

No problems with the app.

Well I can't comment on the consoles but have had no worries with the app or the activation and no real problems with communication. So as far as I'm concerned there good for me.

Terrible company.

Terrible company.. They delete loads of comments on Facebook if you put anything bad, and also stop you from commenting.. What great customer service.. They also try and pretend that the one star review are from the same people .. I really do think they are mentally ill.. Just make excuses and lie constantly.. They need to go to jail as they are stealing money.. Robbing scum
