Do not play at Pistolo Casino if you expect to cash out. They are very slow to pay out winnings. I had major issues with my withdrawal request; they kept giving me different excuses and the money was never sent. If you win, you will likely never see the money. This casino is unreliable.

I requested a withdrawal of €500 from Pistolo (redirected through pistolo3.com), and my money has been taken from my balance but has not been transferred to my bank. The status has been stuck in “verification” with no real support or resolution.There is no verification process happening – it’s just an excuse. Every time I contact support, all they say is “the financial department is checking.” No real answers, no timeframes, no transparency, just the same empty scripted response on repeat.

At this point, based on my experience, this platform feels completely unreliable and designed to block withdrawals while holding users’ money hostage. There is no accountability and no sign of any actual financial review happening.

I made a withdrawal at Pistolo Casino (Nova Forge Ltd., Anjouan license) for €337, with ID: 90b637fe-f1ec-4960-a28d-b878749727c8. According to their terms, it should have been processed within 3 business days, but it still hasn’t been completed. Additionally, I have two other pending withdrawals of €500 each that haven’t been processed either.

I have tried contacting support multiple times and receive no clear responses or solutions. This lack of professionalism and transparency makes it impossible to trust this casino.

I won $2000 and tried to withdraw. When I couldn't withdraw more than $1000 live chat said because I was only a Level 1 player I couldn't withdraw more than $1000 in a 24 hour period. They say their t's&c's state the player levels are determined by how much you deposit meaning the more you deposit the more you are able to "withdraw". I have NEVER heard that. Anyway I try to withdraw as a bank transfer and go to verification to provide the necessary documentation and lo and behold there is a message stating "you do not need to verify your account". Now I know something is really shady because I have also NEVER seen that before either. So I continue with the withdrawal process and do a $1000 withdrawal then 24 hours later I attempt to do another $1000 withdrawal
then sit and wait. Three business days later I get an email from pistolo casino stating the withdrawal had been declined. No other explanation (another red flag because there's usually always a reason given). So I go on live chat and get a bot(it said it was a real person however it mispelled words exactly the same as the previous 5 other "real people") saying my "payment provider" had declined the transaction so the funds had gone back to my casino account" which is a lie because I called my bank and they said no they hadn't recieved or declined any transactions. I also sent my bank an email with a screenshot showing the withdrawal detail information I provided and the bank said it was done properly on my end and they would not have declined the transaction. I ended up doing big bets and played the money down to nil and have blocked this scam casino. While I was waiting to get paid out I also checked trustpilot reviews and saw they were really bad so was hoping I wasn't going to get scammed too but yes I got scammed! GUYS DON'T TRUST THIS CASINO. IT'S A SCAM WEBSITE.

I registered with this online casino after I saw 4.8 reviews online and a rtp of 97.6 average payout. I've been through at least 50 online casinos from the very top rated to casino with ratings of 4.5 lowest... and this is the worst experience I have had. I deposited a total of $600 in increments of $60 at a time. I played my favorite games and did not strike ANY bonuses for a long time. The bonuses I did get were very low paying. I've learned my lesson I tried to self exclude but there is no option to do so. I will not be playing this fraud scam casino again.

I have never ever withdrawn from Pistolo. It pays terrible, if at all. The wagers are a joke, yet I take full responsibility for that,as I read the contract etc.

However..
Pistolo lost my money. It may only be $30.. but it's my $30, and for them to show no remorse or accountability, shows why the reviews are so bad.

Now when I withdrawal. Lowest has been $100, and highest to date is $910.

Now my withdrawals take on average just under an hour, and it's back in my bank via bank transfer.

A complete scam! Impossible to withdraw, after several days they require absurd verification, I was unable to receive €1,800!! Stay away from Pistolo.com!!

I joined Pistolo based on a recommendation, but my experience was extremely disappointing.

My first withdrawal was cancelled without explanation.

I received three different excuses from support (technical error, wrong network, payment provider issue).

After multiple follow-ups and public escalation, my second withdrawal finally arrived — 15 days later (11 business days), far beyond the promised 3-day timeframe.

The communication was inconsistent, templated, and evasive.

VIP managers promised bonuses that never appeared.

The platform may look nice, but trust and transparency are nonexistent. I’ve closed my account and won’t be returning.

doesn't pay out, they never actually process the withdrawals. The low withdrawal limits make it even more of a turn off, site is a scam far as I can tell. They refuse to close account for 3 weeks now with many requests.

Played again on the site after closing account to test if truly a scam: They refused to process withdrawals again and their "VIP manager" goes dark when you ask anything to do with withdrawals.

This website is a big scam. I won 200$ and i've been waiting for a MONTH to receive the money I withdrew. They first told me to cancel because I had to send more proofs for verification. I sent everything. I then tried to ask for another withdrawal but they BLOCKED them. I can't ask for a withdrawal anymore and they keep requesting proofs of my bank account ownership. I've talked to the online customer service 3 times. They all told me to wait they will tell their team to be faster and efficient. Weeks later still nothing. I now sent them 3 emails. They said it would be taken care of and the withdrawals will be unblocked. Nothing changed, they lied. Now they're telling me to double check the documents i sent them???!! It makes no sense, they just don't want to give my money. It's a big SCAM and no one should use their money on this website. NEVER AGAIN THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE BANNED.

I made a $750 withdrawal. They claim to be 3 business days to verify the withdrawal. They already have an incredible low withdrawal amount, and 3 days to verify? It's been 48 hours, no news.
