I have to say the platform itself is nice.

But I couldn’t get any of my winning money out, as the requirements of fullfilling the possibility to get my money out, changed untill they ran me tired.

Can’t recommend this to anyone, Unless you want to loose money, and just have fun!

Do not use this website. Constantly reject withdrawals time and time again. Chat is a waste of time. Emails a waste of time. When you win they will add a bonus mid spin and then claim you need to wager 30x the bonus. Won’t stop the bonus so can withdrawal real money. Keep away. TOTAL SHIT WEBSITE

I requested closer of my acount due to gambling addiction they did not do this I end up wasting more money had 900 pounds on there and I new it be a problem so requested right away they did not do this and I lost more money. After the 900 went I requested closer again they repeated and made the same mistake and lost another 100 4 days later they finally closed the acount terrible experience never had this issue with any site in last and I now stoped gambling but they should of sorted something more urgent. Reached out to live chat someone called Jack who did nothing for me and taken over 10 emails for them to actually close the acount down. I lost money because of this and they was fully awhere.

This is the biggest scam ever. When you win and try to make a withdrawal, all your withdrawal requests get rejected without any explanation. When you try to contact support via live chat, they kick you out and block you from writing again. These scammers don’t even reply to emails.

I've only had a few withdrawals approved, and only for small amounts like €200–€300. Every single attempt to withdraw larger sums — and I've tried over 30 times for amounts of several thousand euros — was REJECTED.

On top of that, there are betting issues where a tennis player retires mid-match and my bet is voided even when my player was winning. But in other cases, when my player retires, the bet is counted as a loss. What a joke. Absolute clowns.

I honestly hope they get a taste of their own medicine and feel what it's like to be scammed — just like they scam others. All of their good reviews are FAKE.

One star because there is no way to give -1 stars fraud scammers and again scammers I won nearly 26K on slots I deposited money without adding any bonus but after week of waiting for reactivating my account because when they found out how much I won they blocked my account from any playing activities and transactions, they emailed me that I break bonuse rules how when I was playing without bonus only God knows.

Scam website. Won 6k on sport betting. They sneakily added a bonus and now say I must meet wagering requirements before I can withdraw. Customer support say I have to send an email but have been waiting for over a week for a reply. Same promises from customer support saying I will get an email in 24 hours. At the start of July, I won around £800 and they told me that "had an increased bonus win" which meant I needed to wager approximately £4000 worth before I can complete a withdraw.

From there, I continued to bet with this £800 thinking it would never happen so went to £10 spins, ended up having around £4000 in my account and lost around £2000, went up to about £5000 (which then easily makes the £4000 wager amount) and at this moment I sit with £10,000 in my account which I absolutely cannot withdraw.

I have been trying to withdraw for around 4 weeks now with no luck. They have blocked my ability to view my transactions on my account, whenever I chat to them on the live chat, they close it and do not allow me to continue talking to them on there.

I have emailed (which they always say to do because their chat is pretty much just AI or Auto response) and apart from the email that said I needed to wager £4000, I have not received anything else back at all. I have emailed approximately 15 times across the space of around 4 weeks and I've received nothing at all from them.

I have even tried to withdraw approx £200, lower amounts to see if that will work but it gets rejected and after 3 days or so it goes back into my account. I have also tried to withdraw with my card (which has been successful before) but no luck, and I've tried to withdraw through my Bank Number (which has been successful before) but again no luck.

I don't know what else I can do at this point.

All I can say is AVOID, do not make the mistakes that I have! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
