After my initial negative experience with Pitchground (PG), I am disheartened to report that my subsequent interaction was equally disappointing, if not worse.

Despite the owner’s attempt to rectify the previous issue, which resulted in a brief change of heart and adjustment of my review rating, I find myself compelled to revert back to a one-star rating - as zero stars is unfortunately not an option.

I recently encountered another issue where a product I purchased through PG ceased trading. Despite providing irrefutable proof of this occurrence, PG adamantly refused to issue a refund. This incident further emphasizes their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices.

This latest episode only strengthens my previous assertions about the dire need for improvement in PG’s customer service department. It is evident that there are significant gaps in their customer support function that need urgent attention, especially if they wish to sustain their business in the long term.

With two consecutive negative experiences under my belt, it’s clear that trust has been irreparably damaged. As such, any future purchases from PG seem highly unlikely on my part.

While I appreciate the efforts made by the owner following my initial encounter, these subsequent events have proven that they were merely quick fixes instead of long-term solutions. The fact remains that it took several weeks and a negative review for action to be taken; an unfortunate testament to their inadequate customer support.

In summary: buyer beware when it comes to doing business with Pitchground.

well i am love with their support and human touch they really think to provide best for their customer and their saas founder who come to them for raising funds comparatively its much better then appsumo or dealify as pitchground its runs as community and they really do whats best for both worlds

Pitchground founder stated the Marketing email platform called funnelbake in 2018, They sold LTD and now they rebranded the platform firstsales.io Now they dishonored the early adapters of funnelbake.
This Platform is not trustable anymore.
They running the LTD for firstsales.io in mails and private forums.
