When I wrote them a few years ago to modify an already existing Joomla Site. I was given a quote. Some guy Raghav in their association reached out to me and was my liaison until i paid. He disappeared completely and i was then working with new sets of people. This was fine, it was their style so i didn't mind.
The issue then came, after a while, they contacted me and told me they underquoted me and increased my bill by almost a thousand USD. I was furious. Then i requested for my initial payment of 1800USD and they refused and said they had already started working and could not pay me back.
This was my first experience working with an IT firm in a country other than mine. My frustrations were registered with them but they didn't care.
I was so angry and still am that if i ever visit India..
I mean it is okay for your company to mess up, but why do i have to pay for it? if i ask for a quote (which took quite a while before i received it), and it turns out you needed more money, i could just ask for my deposit back if the new bill is above my budget. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR A QUOTE IN THE FIRST PLACE!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE THIEVES.
