I am genuinely shocked at the automated response for unknowingly being signed up for a subscription after paying for a single photo.
They will not refund.
This is mischievous behaviour.
Do better!
Ripping people off is not a way to build a business that has good tech.
This happened with wisely and they refunded immediately.
Honestly disgraceful.

Great customer service

I used the service once and payed around 70p for a university work placement as i needed a singular picture for work and payed it myself, it did not do what i needed it to do then subsequently a few weeks later for the past 2 months has taken almost £40 from my bank account each month which i in absolutely no way consented to or agreed to, so have been left short of near £80 as they have stolen my money and i did not use the services ever again after the initial 70p payment. I emailed them regarding this and requested a refund to which they have been a nightmare offering me a year free access and denying me of my money back as they gave me ‘tokens’ to use, however as i’ve not used the app i’m unsure how i could have used these tokens up. Absolutely appalling do not use this website it’s a complete and utter scam and not worth it they will steal your money. If you know how to eventually receive a refund i’d be grateful as they have been impossible via email being inconsiderate and ignorant regarding the situation. i’ve sent them many emails asking for a refund and they continue to offer me a year free access which i’ve made apparent i do not want and is useless to me, unsure how to unsubscribe from something i didn’t know i was signed up to!
Update!
only after writing a negative review did they decide to refund me after ignoring my various emails, however although they seemed to acknowledge they essentially just took my money they are only giving me the last deducted payment when they took two, which i am grateful to get half my money back, however that’s still almost £40 i am owed by them and they won’t give it back which is still appalling! They also asked if i was willing to change my review due to this change in circumstances yet for me the problem still stand slightly as they still have now just half the amount of money off me they had previously! All feels very unfair

I tried to communicate respectfully with this company regarding the $39.99 charge on my credit card. I have no memory of signing up for a subscription and/or a trial. I asked for consideration and maybe a partial refund for the fees as I am on a fixed income. They said no and that the info is clear on their site after a 7 day trial. Wow, most companies not involved in foolery will at least give you a partial refund. They have collected $239.94 from me. Buyer beware!
