Easy to use for novices

Good image generation, but tricky paying system. I bought for test a 7 day full access but in next image generation there was message that I am out of credits. WTF?

I had taken the trial subscription for 7 days and was billed for a renewal afterwards, as I forgot to cancel in time. I sent a request to cancel it and this was done (not after trying to convince me not to cancel, but that's ok!).
All in all, great service, rapid and satisfying response. The website was working very well as well, just didn't feel I needed it for longer at the moment.

I willfully bougt a single time usage fee for a photo, around 1.5USD. One week later they charged a 49 USD subscription fee, even though I never signed up for this. This site is a scam, I contacted their support but have very low hopes in their returning the fee. I will probably need to deal with it with my bank.

My issue was resolved with very quickly.

I paid a once off fee for one photo to be edited and didn’t even see anything about a subscription , haven’t used the service since paying cor the one pic I wanted and they can’t refund the subscription even though I have not used it… be careful when trying them out…

Generated two logos - I liked one of the generated ones, but wanted to edit it and remove watermark. Site suggested to buy premium for just 1.49$ to continue EDITING AND SAVING. I did that just to be informed that despite premium account, I need to pay 9,99$ to edit the image 500 times. Crazy.
You won't get any of money if you take it once and provide no value.

Hidden fee scammers.
Offer a very low yearly subscription then take $44+ from account.
Customer service is a chatbot.

Be aware of their hidden charges. Used the service that mentioned one time charge. However. Got charged with significant high amount. Contacted customer service but refused to refund.

Their pricing policy is very shady and trying to get information from their Support is like pulling teth. You have to pay both a subscription fee and 'per transaction' fees (credits) on their editor tool. This is not declared, and I was charged a USD49.95 subscription fee on top of usage credits. The subscription info is hidden in very fine print when signing up.
I give them 2 stars only because their tool is very good for brushing up old pictures.
