Avoid! I've just had to make an account here because of how shocking an experience I have had with this site. I'm a time buyer from this website. Recently, I had one purchase where the seller did not deliver the currency. I created a ticket with the site and had to wait a long time for a response. The response form PM was useless and did not help. After showing additional evidence (that PM are able to see without me providing it as an attachment) AND making it clear that I would be escalating this to PayPal, they finally sent me my refund. In the process of doing so, they blocked access to my account (therefore making it impossible for me to view the ticket). If I had not previously taken screenshots of their heinous replies, I would not have been able to present this as additional evidence to PayPal. While I have no issue with being blocked from this website (as if I would ever purchase from here again!), PM's handling of the situation has been disgusting. I have received additional emails since being blocked, one telling me that my password has been changed to an expletive. It really sums up how petty they are.

We do our best to keep the marketplace clean of inactive sellers (products are auto-disabled if they haven't logged in within 1 week), but unfortunately we can't force sellers to log in if they don't care about their account or on-site reviews.
