Everything was very easy to use.

PixelParty is a great website—really easy to use and very intuitive from start to finish. Everything is laid out clearly, so you can find what you need without any hassle, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

One suggestion for improvement would be to add more printable options to help promote and enhance the experience / end to end use. Expanding this area could make the platform even more useful and appealing.

Overall, a fantastic experience!

I'm of an older generation, back when we supplied disposable cameras for our guests to use. This was such a great way to capture the special moments. Everyone has a call phone and uploading the pictures were so easy. Great tool!

Perfect way to get everyone's perspective on your special day, especially if you you can't afford a professional photographer! Very easy to set up and view pics

I love this site. You can have your guest share photos in one centralized location. I will always use this site.

This was amazing. We added the qr code to multiple things around the wedding. Cards, signs, and menus. It made it very easy to get all of the photos people took of our wedding

We are very disappointed as the app did not allow most of our guests to upload their photos so they had to share via different apps.

When we queried these difficulties it took a week to reply and their ‘reply’ button on the email was deactivated so I couldn’t get back in touch. I would not recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! All our guests loved it too. So easy and has allowed us to have all our photos in one place!

Love that there is no app or log in. Website kept crashing when trying to upload multiple photos.

Do not use, I haven’t been able to download the pictures. They then ‘accidentally’ took £100 out of our account on 25/11/25 and told us they would pay it back nearly 3 weeks ago, along with our original payment as an apology. The money hasn’t been received and they are no longer responding to emails. I feel t like we have been stolen from. And now need to look at what we can do next to get our money back which they were not authorised to take. Absolutely shocking customer service.

We really enjoyed the slideshow and how quickly new photos arrived onto the live slideshow during the event. We did have a few WiFi issues which made the whole slideshow start again, so we saw the beginning slides quite a few times. It would be nice to have the slides shuffle instead of going through the same sequence.

Really easy to use, we just printed off some copies of the QR code for our guests to scan or take with them, so many brilliant memories uploaded by everyone, will definitely use again.

Fairly intuitive to use. Some aspects I’m still unclear on. For instance, sharing the album to the people after the party, especially those who didn’t supply images themselves.

Good app and great that we didn’t have to download an app. The taking photos mode was a bit more difficult than I expected…. missed a few great moments due to that. Maybe put a how to video to navigate the process to taking the photos would be helpful!

The system is pretty good, although the snapchat filters are a big laggy and the slideshow sometimes shows a blank screen but recovers again pretty quickly. The main reason for the 3 star review is that having paid £19.98 for a party and being told that it included everything including the slideshow feature, I was then told that the slideshow was in fact unavailable unless I paid another £19.99! If I had known it was going to cost me £40 from the beginning I probably wouldn't have used it. Bit of a con, it's not right to say "What's included?" and then include "Real-Time Album Feed" on the pricing page if that isn't true.

Update: after posting this review PixelParty replied to say that I shouldn’t have been charged twice and gave me a full refund. On that basis I’ve amended the review to 5*, excellent customer service.

Easy to set up and use. It was really fun and the attendees a the event loved it!

No need to download an app which was great. Getting QR codes was easy, everything was simple - such a added bonus for our wedding day

We used this site for our wedding. In love with the fact there was no app required! I don’t think we would have gotten as many pictures if there was one. Also loved that it was so user friendly, easy to navigate, and easy to upload or take pictures.
