I requested a refund after I paid $248 for a Shopify page an additional $647 for a free-standing page. I never got either one and now they want an additional $349 to finish the site that I have already paid for. Do not use. They will steal you're money!
A very disappointed experience. After communicating too many other ecommerce website developer, I was kind of put some trust on this company based on the chat conversation I had with the sales person online. At the beginning we had a smooth and continuous communication with them, until the website got uploaded on the web. The problem start when i start asking technical questions and seeing suspicious indications on the functionality of the page.
Red flag 1: on the shopping chart shows $4.75 dollar for shipping price from any location Europe, Canada, US, China.
Red flag 2: I did a test product order from the page to myself to check the payment system and the third party [Drop Shipper] if integrated to my system then what happened, the order amount bounce back to my account without any deduction with actual price. and the product has not shipped to my address. that means, the page is fake and stand alone. nothing attached with the third party template like Supplier or fulfillment providers.
Red flag 3: I have told the price of the products on the web page, all of them are aligned with Ali Express and later they said CJ drop shipping, both of them are not integrated just they made me to open account on both location.
Red Flag 4: Almost two months since they stopped updating and answering my call.
Red Flag 5: Offered to pay $800 for six months advertising on Facebook , Instagram and TikTok then they shared a couple of websites to convince me how they are good on marketing however, however the pages are looks belong to other developers/company, because I didn't see their company name [pixel] at the bottom of the page.
Red Flag 6: They don't have a physical office location, the map shows random outlet shops in Houston TX.
I have a conclusion here, If they couldn't commit the promise, that means they are a scammer and probably my personal information has been breached through the transaction I made twice with them,
Otherwise they need to prove that they are legit.

I contacted this company services to create a website on Shopify, attached to a dropshiping platform back on February. Then we talked on the phone and after that mostly by email.
During 2 months we have been back and forth with information, and finally they were “finished “ and ready to lunch the site, wish they did, but nothing to do with what I needed,
they just import a product file that I provided, but the store is not attached to the dropshiping platform,
The images and banners are not from products that I sell, are all from a website template that they just uploaded and didn’t customize
Just want to say: stay away, take another direction, they didn’t show any knowledge at all.
Names I had worked with on this company where Dudley Rebeiro and Susan Smith.
Since April 4, I’m waiting on Dudley, he said was gonna fix the issues for me, but nothing has been done.
Basically the only help I’ve got from them was uploading the products.
I’m very disappointed.

Hired for a Shopify build and sent over a design template that was just horrible. I gave them the Call to action, text and images, reference landing pages, and just a run around from Dudley the designer who has an English and performance problem.
We had several details to work though in trying to recreate my company logo in attempt make it look "exactly" the same as the original. We weren't able to recreate it exactly...However, the final produce actually came out BETTER than the original!
