Since being taken over by Exact hosting the support has completely gone down the toilet.
I am going to move hosting provider as soon as I can.

Sorry to agree with the other recent reviews, it's a disaster zone now. Lost a few thousand pounds as a result in the last three months.

Pixeno were brilliant prior to selling to Exact Hosting. Now I get issues all of the time and my websites are constantly going down. Support was A* previously but these guys have really dropped the ball. Looking to move all of my accounts ASAP.

Since being taken over by Exact Hosting the service has been awful.

Currently trying to regain control of my site and email accounts, however I've had a single response from Pixeno in 24 hours simply stating they're investigating. There's no other way of getting in touch with them, you have to chase and chase with no response.

Prior to being taken over support was excellent, fast & professional, however things are now awful.

I've been using Pixeno for a couple of years and have always found them very helpful and the service they offer has great speed and reliability. The price is also good!

I am posting a review because I want to thank Pixeno's support team for going out of their way to help me fix a compromised website. I haven't had to contact support often because my sites just stay online, but when I do they're always polite and helpful. I'm happy to recommend Pixeno to anyone.

It has been a pleasure working with Pixeno over the last few months. I rarely contact their support team because server performance hasn't been an issue, but when I do they're always extremely responsive and friendly. I appreciate it. I'm based in the US and have had no issues with my website located in the UK. The world is a big place.

Contrary to the age old saying of 'you get what you pay for', Pixeno offers fantastic service for a competitive price. I have received outstanding customer support and up-time from day one. Support tickets are always dealt with promptly and the replies are bespoke, which makes a pleasant change from scripted responses. I would not hesitate to recommend Pixeno to anyone who is looking for a personal and reliable hosting company!

Small business, big customers. Personal approach, whether you are a One-Man-Army or a corporate. I've been with them for couple years, and recommend most of my customers to them. Every time I need help, they're always polite, fast, and never give you a template answer. I hope they'll grow, and maintain this level of service. Would give 6th star if I could!

Good feedback for the provision of technical support was the main reason Pixeno was chosen as our business hosting service provider. I can verify that not only is the support fast acting, but also sees through the issue until it is resolved… even when that happens to be over a Bank Holiday weekend.

Pixeno are the quickest to respond to queries, their help is top drawer. I would recommend Pixeno to anyone.

Have been using Pixeno for several years now. Support queries when raised have always been answered promptly and professionally. The account dashboard is easy to use, would thoroughly recommend.

Everything (domain moving related work) has been done super smoothly, all the questions have been answered in an email straight away, even after office hours. Fantastic service, which I would recommend to anyone. I will never go back to big services providers where you are assigned a ticket and have to spend hours on the phone being passed on from one person to another, from India to America. I kind of wish Pixeno stayed small but they are so great that they probably won't.

Extremely fast servers, easy configuration (cPanel) and the support is the best I ever experienced.

I was apprehensive about moving my website from my previous hosting supplier to Pixeno. I thought it was going to be so much hassle and was comfortable with the package I had. The first class support made the transfer a breeze and I'm thrilled with the speed, reliability and scalability the pixeno network provides. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to anyone, reasonably priced too!
