Extremely poor company to deal with.

This company has no idea how to treat customers, lies and poor service sum this company up. Steer well clear. Used Pixframe via Groupon who in turn have let me down.

I had a problem with Pixframe and wanted a refund on other voucher I purchased via Groupon. Groupon told me they would not refund me and to contact Pixframe. I did this but did not get any joy.

Poor service from both Pixframe and Groupon. Be careful when using these companies.

What a Joke of a Company - Rip off Merchants

I ordered off Groupon on 2nd June. 30 days later no goods arrived so I emailed them. I had a response promising me it would be there in 4/5 days time. Guess what - yep it failed to arrive. I had another email saying it would be here in 2/3 days time. I am still waiting...

Dubious of reviews after placing my order...

I was very worried reading the reviews after I had already placed my order with Pixframe, BUT I cannot fault the company at all. I placed my order on the 1st April 2015, (late at night, may I also add) and received it 9th April 2015 (today). This is a total of 8 days including night of ordering and the day of receiving. The canvas print is fantastic quality and much better than I had expected. 5 stars all round for this company and customer service, from my personal experience.

Horrendous customer service

Well this company is awful, I ordered my canvas on the 12th December 2014 for my brother for Christmas and wanted him to receive it before he was deployed out the country with his troop. no luck,, I still haven't got it, I've tried to contact them no reply so I have gone through groupon where I got the voucher!! I will never order again from this company.

Long Wait for Delivery!!

So like many of you I ordered 2 canvas prints from them on 11th Jan 2015, odly - one of them i recieved on 19th Feb but the other is still yet to arrive!
Again I emailed them numerous times, got one response of 'they will look into it' and then nothing more?!
I then searched for a phone contact which is where i found this site (only wish id seen it before i ordered). I have just got off the phone to Pixframe, they claim that my first delivery got lost so last week they decided to re-print it. I then asked when it got re-sent and he said either yesterday or today?? I asked what carrier they use - FedEx, i asked for a tracking number but he said they havent got one yet - which leads me to believe that they havent actually sent it yet...........!!!
He said he will e-mail the tracking number by tomorrow morning, we shall see!!
The number i used is 0203 239 1862 - as mentioned in a previous post.
Fingers crossed for everyone on here!

Awful company - NEVER use them!

I gave my boyfriend a Groupon voucher for Christmas to get a canvas printed from our recent holiday, he ordered it at the beginning of January. According to Pixframe's online tracking history it was dispatched on 5th Feb.....I have still not received and is now the middle of March. Great Christmas present! I tried to find a contact number to give them a call, this is apparently non-existent. So even if customers would like to get in contact with them, they clearly don't want to talk to their customers. I am hoping our canvas comes soon, before next Christmas would be great, and looks good. Would never ever use this company again and definitely recommend people to avoid this company if they actually want to receive what they have paid for!

groupon order in December 2014

Really bad communication if you can even get hold of them but I finally spoke to them and they reprinted for free and sent within 3 working days. Ring them it's worth it, hope it helps you! 02032391862 - pixframe. The guy I spoke to had an Italian accent and answers the phone like he's at home but it worked for me! I've waited months but I love my canvas.

Also - they use fed ex and parcel force! Keep ringing the number I've given, it works!

Beautiful product - Awful Customer Service

Well it has taken weeks (order date 9/1/15) but I finally received my canvas and the finished product is beautiful and of good quality. Like the majority of people on here though I found the customer service to be almost non existent. I sent email after email... The majority of which I received no reply to however I eventually found the following number given here by someone previously : +390125676399. When I rang it I got straight through to PixFrame however it took several phone calls and demands for tracking numbers (which they could not provide) until they finally decided to do a reprint. Although credit where it's due..after issuing a reprint it took less than a week for me to receive my canvas. My advice to anyone that has ordered a canvas with this company who is still waiting for their canvas to arrive is to ring them and keep ringing them until you get somewhere! Although not from a mobile as it would cost a fortune!

Stay clear

I place my order on the 8/ 12 /14 still not received it yet, keep emailing them to no avail, in all that time I have received only one reply saying it was getting shipped out of their werehouse that was on 28/1//15 .sad part about it is, that it was for someone who has dementia and if am lucky enough to receive it , it possible that she won't know who's in the canvas it's disgrace

What canvas??

Ordered through groupon but they didn't have the right size on the website of pixframe after I had purchased the groupon so I upgraded to next size for an additional £12 but then delivery was £14 instead of the £7 that was advertised on groupon as it was larger. The groupon cost me £20 also so in total I foolishly parted with £46, but it was a Christmas present for my grandparents so I didn't mind at the time. It was due for delivery 2 weeks before Christmas but it's now 23/02/15 so 3 months overdue and nearly 4 months since my order and still nothing has arrived. Groupon have today refunded my £20 but the £26 I gave to pixframe is a lost cause. Every time I email them they just tell me it will be dispatched in next 2 days and there has been a delay in orders due to a backlog but never answer my requests for a refund! The picture was of all my family for my grandparents and since Christmas my nan has fell ill and is in hospital and may never get to see the suprise picture on a canvas. Heartbroken and disgusted, such a poor "company" STEER CLEAR

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT USE

OK, guess I should have read the reviews first!! I ordered a canvas on 10th December, as a Christmas present. I emailed Pixframe in January after I hadn't received anything, and they came back to me promptly saying the canvas was being worked on and would be with me shortly. I have since sent two further emails, which have been ignored, and needless to say, I have no canvas.

Still no canvas after 77 days.

I ordered a canvas from this company on the 9th December via Groupon.
Initially it stated 1 week turnaround but then that changed to 30 working days but 77 days after purchase I still have not received anything.
Their communication is marginally non-existent and when they do communicate it is all lies. They even supplied a fake tracking number to try and keep me quiet.
I have had to push Groupon to refund my money and are now claiming via PayPal for the £6.95 P&P.

Pixframe delivered eventually!

I ordered from pixframe using a groupon voucher over 6 weeks ago after being messed around by another company who'd promised delivery by Christmas! My canvas was supposed to be a gift for my partner from the kids! So was very dissapointed when it was a no show! Re ordered with pixframe straight away and thought the same would happen. Tried to contact pixframe with no avail and recieved no order confirmation via email or anything. 3am this Morming I recieved an email from them stating my order had been dispatched. Yesterday received a we missed you note from FedEx no details or even the name of who the delivery was for called FedEx and was told the package was with a neighbour! Thank fully it was and thank fully it was my beautiful canvas! I love it and the quality is great! The customer service and the company on the other hand need to pull their finger out and sort it out because I too like many others on here thought I'd been scammed due to the no show and lack of communication.

I HAVE SOMEONE ELSES CANVAS! UPDATED REVIEW

I have had a terrible experience with pix frame, but actually received the canvas today but it's not even my canvas! It is a picture of two young boys facing away at the beach, mine is of a family picture on a white background, if anyone else has my canvas or if I have yours please let me know, would rather go through someone on here rather than pix frame again, they are terrible! **UPDATE** although I have had a lot of trouble with pix frame, I rang them a week ago today saying I had not received my picture, and 7 days on I have just received my canvas and it is of beautiful quality and for a small picture being enlarged the picture looks brilliantly! Very happy with my product in the end, shame it took so long, just wouldn't use during busy times of the year. If anyone needs to contact pix frame this is the number I contacted them through 02032391862 hope this helps you all who are still yet to receive your canvas.

Is a Real Seller!

Using the Groupon codes, I have ordered 3 canvases totalling just over £100 (including direct purchases and P&P from the Pixframe website via PayPal) on the 16th January 2015. My orders were for 2 pieces of 90cm by 60cm and one piece for 100cm by 70cm. I waited longer than the 10 days as stated on my email confirmation but I didn't suspect anything amiss until I went online today to try to check on my delivery status. I chanced upon this website and it created a big panic alert on me. I went straight to the contact us webpage on the Pixframe site. However, not an hour passed since I clicked send the three large boxes containing my ordered canvases arrived to my delight. I opened and inspected the canvases of course and they are of great quality. My personal experience is that the seller could have communicated better in terms of keeping their customers informed of the despatches status. As my products are now hanging on my living lounge walls beautifully, I can only vouched that this company is REAL and not a fake.

Awful company groupon should stop using them

Ordered a canvas through groupon voucher back on the 14th December, emailed them on 3 separate occasions using their contact form (pixframe) and not a single reply. I then made a claim through PayPal for a refund of the delivery charges, they finally answered through PayPal.
They informed me it was delivered and accepted on the 9th of February, a day we were not even in the country. Yet nothing posted through my door to say a delivery had been made or attempted at any time. This is apart from the fact I ordered it as a Christmas present. Baring in mind the details on groupon stated, allow 10 days for delivery.
Due to no communication from pixframe I ordered from BonusPrint (who are by far and wide a far better and more reliable) that has been delivered and the canvas I did order from pixframe if it ever turns up is not wanted
Assuming it has been delivered and I find out to who and where.
AVOID, DO NOT USE AND PESTER GROUPON TO DROP THEM FROM THEIR RECOMMENDED PARTNER MERCHANTS.

Where's my canvas?

Ordered a canvas on 22nd of December and still haven't received it. Sent several emails to them and haven't received a response at all. Contacted Groupon and they said they can't refund the amount paid as I've already placed my order. Not sure what to do next, as Pixframe don't have a telephone number... I guess I've just lost £20.

shocking- DO NOT USE

I cannot rate this company at all! Ordered a canvas on 16th December 2014 as a Christmas present (value £92.50 plus p&p. It is now 16th February and the canvas has still not been delivered! I have sent numerous emails to no avail, they replied to one telling me they were busy with orders! I have yet again emailed them today but do not expect a reply! There are no phone numbers or complaints department, shocking customer service, I am disgusted!!!!!

Why have Groupon not dropped them??

Like all the other reviews, I have not received my canvas. I ordered it at the end of December as a birthday gift for my dad in the UK which is in January. I'm embarrassed and angry that he hasn't got his 60th birthday gift, 6 weeks on. My question is why the heck do Groupon still work with these people if every review is claiming they've been scammed and Groupon have to refund everyone. It looks as though some have got their canvas 2 months on so I will wait one more week before spending a fortune calling Italy from Canada! Good luck to those still waiting!!
