Great costumer service!
When we opend our package with our photobook something have happend to the books sadly. We wrote to costumer service. Without any hesitations they told us to reorder the books and they would refund us. We got the new books and they were great! Not long after the refond for the second order came. Really great costumer service that helps us greatly and fast. Now we can really enjoy our photobooks!

Quick shipping, affordable, quality products
I have ordered 300 photos for print out, as well as four glossy posters. They have completed and sent the order within a few days.
I was quite worried about the quality of posters, because the photos were coming from the phone, but it seems like Pixum might have worked on the photo to make it look better in large size poster 🤔I am not sure, but it really looks good. Great work! Am very happy, especially with my posters and can only recommend!

High quality calendar and customizability
I made a family calendar in the middle of December and it was delivered very fast. The quality is high and the way you put the pictures together in the calendar was with high customizability. The website took a bit getting used to.
I will definitely use it again and recommend it.

I ordered some pictures
I ordered some pictures. there was a small misunderstanding with the information about the order, I had some information on my email and there was other information in their system. I called and they answer the phone quickly. good service and they pack the pictures very well.I ordered on November 2nd and the pictures came on November 7th and 9th. There were 2 different packages, I don't know why. I'LL order from pixum again.

Not removing reservation
When ordering their German branch reserved the money in my account, when they sent the order the Danish branch withdrew the money but the reservations remained.
It's now been two weeks and the money is still reserved in my bank account, despite them telling me that they fixed it.
The jigsaw i ordered was fine, but their slow customer service soured my experience
