I visited when the place was NOT busy, it was my first (AND LAST) visit, prompted by my Grandkids. The limited menu did nothing for me, but we ordered and eventually my £9 seafood Pizza arrived, wafer thin, dry, 6 Prawns, tasteless and very small. My coffee was OK, but I never received the second cup I ordered. I noticed my Grandkids left almost all their food except the Ice Cream. So for £36 we enjoyed One Coffee and Two Ice Creams, the rest was rubbish and only fit for landfill.

Never ordering at Pizza hut again...waited 2hrs for my food, which when it came looked like the topping had been thrown on...phoned the shop over and over to get no answer...did online survey to voice my opinion to which the sent a £10 off voucher..thought that was a goodwill gesture till I found put I still had to send an additional £9.99 ....phoned the store...Scotstoun hill glasgow..to get no joy from the manager Steven. ..phoned head office...to still get no joy...absolute joke of a company...domino's for me from now on.

Never been on time and they are so rude when they dealing with unhappy customer and I'm so tired of them they get no better at all

The dude on the phone was very impatient , he kept cutting me off being rude ! I could just hear it in his voice he hated his job but that's no reason to be rude to his customers ! I feel if I'm giving you service I think you could be a little patient and respectful towards me ! I think I was very kind and nice by not calling for his manager or being rude back . That's not my character at all .
