They use fresh ingredients
The place is small and the wait is long , its near the Presidia -- stay away . Ok- That way those of us who love this place can get in faster . For a great thin crust, seasonal pizza I always end up here. I come to know a lot of their workers and I my stomach is always satisfied after their recommendations. I had a clam pizza there the last time I grubbed and they had put on the live clams on the pizza and as they opened in the oven, all of their yummy juices were soaked into the tomato sauce. I love that they serve Blue bottle coffee and the salad with artisan cheese is a great way to start the meal.
