Jacuzzi ads will connect you with P J Fitpatrick .We hired them to do some work in a small shower.
Jennifer White came to take measurements and give an estimate. The shower door clearly showed it had two panels. One panel to stay in place the other one to open and close the shower door.
The co came Oct 8th but the door Jennifer ordered was a large one panel door. Fitzpatrick said they would order the door and it would be installed by the end of Oct. I have not heard one word from them. I have called and was told they would call me but I am still waiting.
When the installer was here on Oct 8 th he put up a temporary bar so I could hang a shower curtain there. He didn't supply a curtain and hooks. I guess I was supposed to buy them and have no use for them when a new door is installed. I have called this co
several times wanting to know when are they going to complete the work they were paid over 15 thousand for . This co is ridiculous and apparently don't care about negative reviews or repeat customers. I'll never do business with them again and I will write negative reviews everyplace I can and never recommend them. I will warn others this company is terrible. They get a person's money and then ignore them!
